    You remind me of my dearly departed cousin Jodi. I wish I could have told her about WFPB/Vegan lifestyle (she may be alive today), but I just found out about it myself, and along with Jesus I cured my CHF Disease.     You have great recipes. I have just started eating plant-based. It is an adventure. Only thing is when you are talking into it before you give instructions it is very low. When you give directions its great. Just letting you know. thank you for your time and recipes

    I've been making this kind of thing for years, but I usually use it immediately in lasagna or stuffed pasta shells. 🤗

      Jones LeFae it started in stuffed shells for me too, but you can use it so many different ways. A person on Instagram tagged us and they put a scoop on a salad, they some on toast, ugh, it’s so yummy! lol. Thanks for watching!!

    The reason one soaks cashews or nuts is because they contain phytic acid which can cause nutrient deficiencies and digestive system irritation,

    The whole point to eating well is just this: buy locally farmed animal meat. Cook you’re own food. “Vegan chicken nuggets” is still processed food. So that’s no good. You can meat as long as it’s not from a factory farm. For example butcher box 📦. Locally sourced meat and super organic. I’m here watching this because my husband is lactose intolerant. Good luck!

    Can't wait to try! I love cheese but I am lactose intolerant and never tried tofu.Did you make your own tofu or was it store bought??
