I own this console it was my first ever Xbox one. I love it. Filled the internal 1TB HDD with 52 games. Bought another SSD and I love it. I bought nice HDMI cable and TV and it's fantastic.

Welcome back! Very good video. Last Christmas this console was priced € 129 (= $ 140) here in Italy, with three game codes included. Great value! The best offer I've seen in my life, also because it's not a system from the past generation. Good job Microsoft!
But I am a casual (and retro) gamer, it was a cool offer but in the end I didn't purchase it. I have a PlayStation 2 and I use it so few times (principally with a friend in local multiplayer, not in this months). The main reason I didn't get the Xbox One S All Digital is that I Iike saving in games. In the PS2 era I purchased a PSone and the games in the shops were sold at € 15. For budget people who doesn't care about last games maybe it's better waiting for the launch of Xbox Series X and PS5 and getting a Xbox One S / PS4. At that time games' price will be more affordable. The internal storage will not be a problem, with discs. Maybe the best option for playing with the All Digital is the Xbox Game Pass.

I’m so glad you brought up the storage problem. I was thinking this was the best game to get my six year old, but I’m sure he will end up wanting more than 20 games within the next few years.
The amount of space games take up won't be affected digital or not because the disc has to install the entire game in the hard drive. It doesn't run off the disc

It gives me mixed feelings. I started gaming in the late 80s as a kid so I'm very used to physical media for a little over 30 years. On the other hand having all your library in one place is appealing. You can't get trade in on digital games but no scratched discs either. Much less parts to wear out yet not blu ray player. I'm 50 50 on it.
Same here, late 80s gamer used to physical media.. appealing to me because I’m a trucker and use it as a OTR console. No scratched media, especially when going down the road with all the bumps, potholes and jarring.
Definitely miss peeling the plastic off a new Tony hawk pro skater, or having six games in one case 😭😂

I was just thinking about buying this for my dorm! I always like tech that’s useful in everyday life or school life, so you could make a video on that. I’ve really been loving the Rocketbook, idk if you’ve used it before but it’s a really smart notebook that I use for pretty much everything.
Got this on Black Friday 2019, don’t remember price (maybe around $150?). I purchased it for my children who were 9, 4 & 1 at the time. I’ve spent so much money on Blu-ray movies that are all broken now. Didn’t want to invest in expensive games that they would also ruin, &/or ruin the slot for the games on the console. It’s prefect for children. Definitely fits in our diaper bag to take over to grandma’s lol. Great review

5:26 it's actually better because lithium rechargeable batteries built into the controller eventually will go out and it's hard to find a decent third party battery for it. That happened to me twice on my PlayStation 3 controller when I replace the battery and it only lasts me about a month. I give up replacing the battery for the ps3 controller settle with a USB wire controller. The only downside about double A batteries if you leave the batteries in on the controller when you stop playing the Xbox system for a few years because the battery will corrode and damage your controller.
Well you can just take the batteries out and plug a usb wire in and it works like that

Double A batteries to rechargable internal battery isn't a controller upgrade. That would be a downgrade. Internal batteries can't be easily replaced and the charging port once that goes is even more annoying to replace. It just produces more e-waste which the world doesn't need because people don't want the hassle of fixing internal battery controllers so they just buy another. Plus you can get rechargable AA batteries believe it or not.
There's no point in buying these consoles since we're so close to next gen.
It is way cheaper than the next gen consoles. Not everyone can afford top end tech, hence the release of products like a $399 iPhone in 2020.
Next gen consoles may cost 500$+ which some people may not afford.
yes it is the current gen have a lot of gems and just like it was with ps3/xbox 360 there are gonna be games and app support for like the next 5 years and if you are jumping on this gen now all the good games are out and the prices are on budget...
NO NAME BITCH Sony said that there won't be cross gen support for their exclusives after GOT. Xbox will still do that for awhile but the games will be way better played on Series X. These consoles are also bc. So really there isn't a reason not to buy next gen besides not being able to afford it.

Yes Microsoft should include the battery pack when you buy your controller having a controller dischargeable with no battery pack you just charge the whole controller that is stupid when your controller stops working on the PlayStation 4 eventually it will even the PlayStation 5 controllers is having problems can't change the batteries because you know why you charged the whole controller that is stupid

All my stuff is digital anyway.....movies and games and it does everything I need it to do. I have my PS4 pro as my main console....I’m pretty happy with my sad Xbox one I think they could have removed the disc drive and made the unit smaller

I bought it because I play my ps4 mainly. I got it for this skateboarding game called Session. I found mines on ebay brand new for $200. I got lucky because the others were $280 & up.

The first one was for my son to play Roblox. After buying the Walking Dead Definitive Edition, I’ve been kicking myself for not buying a second console when they were $135.
Aside from the AA battery powered controllers and no HDMI CEC, it’s a solid console. The games will come eventually.

I was thinking of getting one of these for my bedroom i want the digital one cause the game cases arent gonna take up so much room if i get the xbox one itll take up quite a bit of space and plus digital games seems to be cheaper then actually discs if there new they are normal price but if they have been out for quite some time it seems to be cheaper im still not to sure which one ill go for in the end but im set on getting all digital

I would not recommend buying a used console as it might be modded resulting in you getting banned from Xbox Live, both the account and console.
