I had 2 gym memberships in the late 70s and early 80s. One gym was called the Steel Pier the other was called Heavy Weights. No TVs, No CARDIO EQUIPMENT ONLY WEIGHTS!
this video is high octane motivation
Super High Octane!!
Amazing. If i had a time machine- golden era here I come!
Cool to see Mentzer added to the photo with Arnold and the gang. Would have been cool if Mike was a bigger part of Pumping Iron
Pure muscle. No tattoos. No shaved heads. No bloated bellies no drugs. It’s all about the vascularity and ripped pumped alpha muscle.
They did drugs though. it was normal back then. Still they trained hard, too. Which is why they became so massive.
No drugs? C'mon man... no one would train without drugs back then! Bodybuilding & Drugs was the same as like Tennis & Rackets
😂😂😂😂😂NO DRUGS YE
Thank you for your amazing videos. They are the best to workout to on UA-cam
No tiktokers seen anywhere 😢
I have seen many videos but seriously this is awesome and inspiring video, love to watch, thanks nicandro channel
Tempos de ouro 🥇
Brings back so many amazing memories, i truly miss them days. These days gym's are full of narcissistic people and people find a old school gym and love life to the full.
What's the name of the first track?))
Ophelia x Point of no Return
This THE best video i have EVER seen !!!
Well done you just set up bar so high !!!
What's your favorite oldschool exercise that you rarely see people do anymore?
Pullovers with a db
Bench.
Please keep doing more 70s and 80s videos it's legendary!
@@adtjtjdjsjgreat exercise, just warm up properly and you won’t hurt yourself
When Arnold did lateral raise while lying on the bench on his side. I tried this and it really burned my Delts, I just looked like a goof 😂
Arguably the 90s had the same vibe with the mass monsters and Dorian Yates setting the pulse. Still no mobiles, house and early garage pumping. A golden era for sure.
Crazy to see how much quality muscle was around then… the amount of people walking around shredded looked insane
Now everything is diluted with people vlogging, taking pictures, food isn’t quite the same
What a great time to be alive 😎
