Quick, Easy & Scrumptious Casarecce Pasta, Mushroom & Green Pesto Sauce

  • Ingredients :
    300 gms Caserecce Pasta
    150 gms Mushrooms
    200 gms Broccolini
    3 Tbs Olive Oil
    1 Veggie Bouillon Cube
    80ml Coconut Milk
    2 tsp Nutmeg
    Method :
    - Boil the pasta for 10 minutes until al dente
    - Heat the pan and add 3 tbs olive oil
    - Saute the mushrooms
    - Add the Broccolini ( Wash and then Blanch them first i.e add Salt and Pour Hot Water for 1 minute)
    - Add the green pesto sauce and keep stirring
    - Add the al dente casarecce pasta, then add the nutmeg
    - Pour the coconut milk over and let it cook
    - When ready serve !
