In this video, I'm sharing whole process of medical surveillance after coming to Canada.
You are required to send following things to the Public Health Unit, an email [e-mail] within the 30 days upon your arrival or upon receiving an email from IRCC. It should be included:
Full name
UCI number
Contact number
Mail id
Current Address
Next, you have to wait for Public Health Unit to send you a mail with appointment detail or Physician details near by your location (you can also check your near by physician details through PHU LOCATOR).
NOTE: It could take a few months to receive the mail or information due to shortage of staff.please be patient and wait.
IMPORTANT: After receiving mail from Unit... you are required to find your own doctor or government healthcare provider to complete this assessment.
*You are required to be in Canada during Medical Surveillance.

Bro aapko kithe din baad aayi thi mail ke aap ab appointment le skte ho doctor se ja mujhe woh auto generated mail toh aa gyi thi..

1 month bad mereko appointment ki mail ayi thi.

I immediately emailed on the official mail when i landed and got the automated email however now its been 1 years and never got any further email from government for appointment for screening . How long should i wait ? I live in Belleville.
