If I find some for sale on the East Coast that’s fairly fresh I’ll grill it up and give it a try for sure . Would love to visit Alaska and try some Fresh Alaskan Pollock, they claim the Alaskan is best, idk ? I know they’re in the Great Lakes areas of Michigan & also in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
But where I’m at there is no Walleye. I hear they catch them on shiners and crank baits and they put up a heck of a fight while catching them. That would be fun. But if I get a chance I will, that’s definitely on my fish to eat bucket list for sure.

I've caught them on shad look a like plastics, warden rooster tails and 3" spiral shaped medium diver plugs
