Federal prosecutors accuse man of pretending to be law enforcement, kidnapped woman in 2022

The FBI say he drove against her will from Norfolk to South Carolina back in 2022. Troy Leitner told people he was a fugitive recovery agent, put the woman in handcuffs, told her she was under arrrest and drove away.
“Every time I get that notice saying he's out of custody, I get scared,” said Kathleen Leitner, Troy Leitner's wife.

It would be easier if the public knew who their law enforcement agent or officers are… most UC are under the radar…
