It's never boring watching you move and replant your plants. You are a delight to watch. In one of your pevious videos, you said not to be afraid of making changes, so I made some changes, and got rid of some plants that have been annoying me for ages. I now have room for something I like better.
I love it😍
At the end of every John Lord video I'm left wanting more
Me too! He’s great!
I know! Don't you just love him?
He’s just a beautiful man and so passionate about gardening 👨🌾 .The best gardener in the whole wide world 🌎.That’s what we think
And far better than most of the TV gardeners that mostly just annoy me, even though I still watch them! Like most stuff on TV, when something is ‘in vogue’ EVERYONE talks about it…like gardening for wildlife, which is of course vital (my garden is NO chemicals, pollinator friendly plants(mostly)) but we don’t need it talked about all the time! Whinge over!
me too
Never boring going gardening with John. Especially as it’s winter in NZ and not much going on gardening wise here!
John, Could you please give us a tour of your garden to show what's blooming? Your garden is beautiful!!!
How happy we are to have John Lord we’ve got our viewing sorted we just don’t get enough of him.He lightens our lives up .My husband loves his type of gardening 👨🌾 no nonsense gardening 👨🌾 just love him glad we found him he’s the best gardener in the whole world 🌍.To our minds and so knowledgeable.Thank you for sharing John don’t know if you read these messages. We just like letting people know about you .Happy Gardening 👨🌾.☘️☘️☘️☘️🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🐸🐸🐸🦋🦋🦋🐝🐝🐝🪷🪷🪷🪷🪸🪸🪸🪸🪸🪴🪴🪴🪴🎍🎍🎍🎍🎍🌿🌿🌿🌿🌵🌵🌵🌵🌸🌸🌸🌸🌺🌺🌻🌻🌻🌻
Oh he does read them and encourages comments. A few yrs ago I commented that he needed a 2 wheeled pneumatic cart from the one wheeled type that looked unstable in the video, and the first shot of the next video was exactly that.
John is they best. Chelsea "weed promotion " tongue in cheek remark me my day. Donna Fox New Zealand Aotearoa
Ha, "Viburnum, I love the vibe", classic. It grabbed my eye, oh so beautiful, so glad that John took a moment to emerse himself in it☺️👍
I will not be afraid to divide my geum after watching this video!
I love Viburnums too ! Loving that last shot of you in that viburnum bush ! lol ! lol ! lol ! 🌿🌿
Wonderful final vibe. The selections of shrubs and perennials are always simply stunning, and then the thoughtful (plus correction bc gardeners want to think they need an excuse to move things around) design layout makes us feel like we are in your shoes; and who doesn't want to have an alternate self as a wacky Irish gardener not confined by space, in a pleasant growing climate. I must visit from across the pond.
You are never boring
I just split my coral colored Heucheras a week ago and got 4 plants from one! Cheapest gardening ever! Will be splitting stella d'oros and hostas this Fall! I too love vibernums, great vibes indeed.
Geum “Prinses Juliana” reminds us also of the late Prins Bernard, the greatest gardener in the world: he planted an acorn right in the Juliana canal and out came a daisy!
I learn so much watching your video. I feel very relaxed watching you work. Thanks from Vancouver Island .
Fab video. Open your bags at the top and save them. They come in really handy for transporting waste. 🌿🌿🌿🌷🌷🌿🌿🌿
I am just like him. Get so distracted in the garden. Set out to do one task and end up puttering around.
Your spoiling us John and David. My pickaxe came today, so tomorrow I'll be weeding, never been excited about weeding before 😊 love your videos ❤🏴
You go great with my morning coffee!
No it's not boring. I enjoy watching everything you do . Kay
Love your reference to Chelsea and weeds...hopefully just a phase!!
I'm guessing this guy doesn't sleep at night 😂 great gardening
Lovely garden 🪴
John you are never boring!! Love your videos. Texas fan!
O the garden is looking gorgeous, always enjoy your videos thx for taking us along.
John and Linda Vader in the U.S are the most stylish gardeners I follow on UA-cam 😊❤❤. Great content as always John.
Love watching you John, only wish I had your energy…
John, you are the king of the garden in that Viburnum gown.
So nice to see a new post from you!!! Keep them coming, please. Thanks ❤
Will try that combo at the end of the video: filipendula next to ? Decorative grass. Or something grassy with strappy leaves 🌱
John Lord you are wonderful
John, Another enjoyable and informative video, is it too late to divide my over grown spreading Stachys?
Never get bored of you fluffing you’re bark. 😂 I’ve learnt so much from your channel. Always checking in to see if you’ve uploaded another video. Do you ever collect seed from your plants and grow from that?
Si,me da pena, cuando cortas las flores y las botas, supongo que van al compostaje.
Margie from usa- love your videos and as a Kelly, am ptoud of my irish roots.

I will be visiting your garden centre next Wednesday. Any chance you could have some of your beautiful perennial sunflower for sale. Many thanks.
I’m Irish living in Canada now and got into gardening a couple of years ago. This channel makes me feel at home and I’m learning so much! Thanks John

He is a handsome guy.

Mr John. Question please. I have an earthen pond with gardens around it and am wanting to plant something on the shoreline that will be more weeping or trailing out into the water. Anything decorative come to mind? Thanks (SE USA)
Hi John just about to plant a semi hard rose cutting. is it a good time to plant this now? Thanks
John (or David), what is mineral soil?
I have a black lace tree the leaves came out then they just diad
Your Huechera looks like a Tierella from here. Foam flower?
Europe apparently calls ‘bark’ what America calls ‘mulch’. (Good for you to comment on this year’s ‘woke’ Chelsea show. I thought the gardens I saw were ridiculous.)
I was I had your eneryg
A gravel garden without a membrane (geotextile) is a living hell to maintain. This is a voluntarily made a chimney soil. Regret. The presented variant of mulching can rot and serve as excellent soil for self-seeding weeds. The whole presented garden requires the care of a professional gardener and a good reward. However, what turned out is so beautiful and is a delightful composition of various plants. Bravo. 👏🏽🌹🌳🌲
I'm sticking up for the native flora, life is too short for grudges 🍀
Simon I Don t understand why you do not appear on programmes like GB news. That is where you could reach a bigger audience to explain your indisputable facts.Perhaps they are also afraid of hearing truths.
