Excellent dr andrea all 30 simple exercises which is very very useful for patients with balance problems osteoporosis ....be active in their ageing to prevent falls and healthy. I am extremely sorry for my delayed comments due to my daughters exams and busy works .thank you so much for complimentary copy of your conquer chronic pain. Your videos are so very helpful for those with chronic pain disorders. I have fibromyalgia and your videos were recommended by my Rheumatologist. I do your low intensity aerobic and stretching videos. Will add this one to my routine. I can't do them every day, but I try to stretch daily. Dear doctor, I have a question, I suffer from lumbar degenerative disc disease and I have a very important question, for example, there are days when I don't have much work, so on these days without much activity it is better to lie down or sit down to rest, my goal is not to continue forcing or harming the discopathy, because you will understand that we are not working standing up all day, therefore this question arose if I have the possibility of resting, what should I do while sitting watching television or lying down watching television, therefore which posture is more harmful for discopathy
