@@leenapeen2224 leenapeendon'tknowwhatyoumean. Maybe you read it wrong. I'm 70 years old. I could only do 10 minutes of this. I lowered the speed on my computer from 100% to 75% so I could follow some of these fantastic moves. So it's really quite credible, haha.

Arianna you're amazing, I haven't been active in such a long time. I think this is a workout everyone can easily do if I did it. I'm 5'8 and weighing 189 pounds and comparing to my past self the more I put on weight it became harder for me to stand for long periods of time, walk up the hills or climb stairs, run or anything. I've been trying some other dance workout videos but I couldn't finish any of them except this one. Anyone who reads this comment and has self doubts, just have a big bottle of water near you and take a few sips before switching to the new move. I feel so much better and feel like I could do more and more, my weight isn't an obstacle to do a workout for the first time and I'm loving this. You get super sweaty as well so wear something comfy and light, you can feel the muscles you forgot they existed, and feel like you're burning calories without your body hurting. It's amazing, I'm definitely saving this. And last but not the least, I learnt a super cool choreography lol Thanks a lottttt Arianna

I suck at choreography and messed up almost all of the moves but I had so much fun doing it! The energy of you, Paris, and Poofy is just beautiful and so encouraging. I love having "options" and this is one of the most fun dance workouts I have ever done. I'm looking forward to trying this one out a few more times this month and hopefully by the end of the month I will have mastered all of the steps. And even if I don't, I will have had fun and be more fit! Thanks ladies!!♥
As a open heart surgery survivor this is a great video for summer days when you can’t go outside. It hits your daily 30 minute cardio needed per American heart association and it is fun. I appreciate the encouragement to change the moves to fit what you are comfortable with since I am directionally challenged the moves were easy to follow. Ty for this video

I will admit I am way too beginner to actually get the moves right, HOWEVER the energy here was so welcoming and safe so I ended up kind of following the moves when I could and making up my own the rest of the time. I am trying to become stronger and support my mental health with exercise that feels good, and as a plus sized girlie, it's been hard for me to find stuff that keeps me coming back. But I danced around for the entire 30 minutes and had the time of my life. This is for sure going to be a video I come back to. Thank you so much gals!
