excellent video!! I've been searching forever on how to turn the thing on, pair the new remote etc! i mean i get theres manuals online but the phantom 2 literally came with no instructions .... except the sign that says "ready to fly" ... sometimes people just want the basics to get going! great vid and gnarly accent

Thanks again Ralf.This video has given me some more info which I didn't know.Like upgrading my other batterie's .And I agree with you let's hope the next upgrade will give us that follow option.Don't like the Lipo battery.I prefer just AA batterie's,so I have always energy in my pocket

I jut wanted to say this video was great you have done an excellent tutorial!!! This is the first one I have watched and you gave me lots of Tips that other videos did not. The only thing I did not get was the way points can you tell me if you have done a video that has the how to set up the way points in detail. Also the thing was setting up the FPV mode. do you have a link to that video? Again GREAT JOB!!

Hi Ralfs,
Can you confirm if firmware 3.12 and 3.14 broke ghe channel 7 again for old controller + lever? The pgantom tools setting of ghe gimble doesn't stay in "h3-2d mode after p2v reboot now... how can i go back to firmware 3.08 if that is the confirmed way to get it to work fully functionally? Tks...

Hi Ralfs . I have a PT2V+ but I never update the sofware because my PT2V+ can not connect to the my PC. every time i connect my PT2V+ to my PC they come up with the sign ( error . please connect the controller ) and in side the DJI window they have logo for phantom 2 only ,not PT2V+ look like i saw in youtube.Please tell me what i need to do for update the Firmware .thank you

Hi Ralf, My Phantom 2 Vision won't pick up the New Controller. All software up to date but when I run through the rebinding, the red light comes on, I press it , it turns yellow but when I turn on the controller, nothing changes. Continuous yellow. Any ideas?

truthbetoldni Just found out there are two current versions of this new controller. A 2.4 GHz model and a 5.8 GHz. I of course bought on ebay, a 2.4 instead of 5.8.
Back to the drawing board.
