I was born in 1976 and at present I am 47 years old. This song came out when I was battling my teachers in junior high(😂😂😂😂)
Grunge was the mainstream music and dominated the charts. I always have had love for Gin Blossoms because I found their music so relaxing. Personally, I considered them the best band between the angst and rage of Nirvana and the psychedelic grunge of Stone Temple Pilots. Gin Blossoms were our inspiration when I and my friends created our band. The 90's music was definitely the best that happened to this world.
My heroes were all gone now and I remember them always in my heart.

    I want to tell
If I am or am not myself
    It's hard to know
How far or if it all could go
    I've waited far too long
For something I forgot was wrong
I don't know all the answers, I think that I'll find
Or have it within the time
But it's all that I'll have in mind
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
I won't keep you waiting long
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
I don't know what to do anymore
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
    My fear (my fear) pretend
That I'll never be in love again
It's real (it's real) to me
But not like these fools and not like this scene
    I won't find
Or have it within the time
If it's all rusted and faded in the spot where we fell
Where I thought I'd left behind
It's loose now but we could try
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
I won't keep you waiting long
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
I don't know what to do anymore
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
    When there's no good answers
    No need questions
    Another personal disaster
There's nowhere to go but down
Until I fall away (until I fall away)
I won't keep you waiting long

New Miserable Experience is one of the best and most underrated records ever. Every song on here is great! Very talented writers and musicians. Doug Hopkins another tragic soul. And yes, I know he didn't write this particular song. Wilson and Valenzuela did, but Hopkins was the reason they got a record contract in the first place. The record company (AM) liked Hopkins songs the best.

I want to tell if I am or am not myself
It's hard to know how far or if at all could go
Waiting far too long for something I forgot was wrong
I don't know all the answers I think that I'll find
Or have it within the time but it's all that I'll have in mind
    Until I fall away
That won't keep us waiting long
    Until I fall away
I don't know what to do anymore
    Until I fall away...
My fear pretend that I'll never be in love again
It's real to me but not like these fools and not like this scene
I won't find or have it within the time
If it's all rusted and fade in the spot where we fell
Where I thought I'd left behind
It's loose now but we could try
    Until I fall away
I won't keep us waiting long
    Until I fall away
I don't know what to do anymore
    Until I fall away...
    When there's no good answers
    To those new questions
    Another personal disaster
