After reading the comments in the last video I am going to be keeping more of the raw footage in these videos, though It Is still going to be quite edited, originally I was going to be splitting all the footage into 4 videos for the whole series but now It's going to be 5/6. Thanks for the feedback! Eye hope you all enjoy the video! :)
I absolutely love that you managed to out-cheat the game with the dagger and pliers. Even more impressed that the game had something happen after that instead of just ending the run some other way. Looking forward to seeing what else the game has to offer and more gameplay in general.
Really appreciate you actually taking the time to think through the puzzles, so many playthroughs just have the person playing brute-forcing all of them.
I can, for the love of god, not understand the Box puzzles with the damage, health and sigil things. I tried so many times and ended up bruteforcing my way through. My brain just stopped working looking at them
The puzzles work exactly like normal game board, where the goal is to deal 5 direct damage to an opponent. Lanes attack from left to right, which causes certain effects to happen before others
I looked at the puzzles from left to right when I played, not top vs down. Why didn't I think of that before - that would have solved so many puzzles for me xD
Oh, I was going to try and get an otk with triple strike and a poison card and then just one hit kill the boss that way. I still think that's probably the only way to win on the first run though...
@@solsystem1342 If you mean the knife + pliers, you can't get that on your first run. You CAN win your first run, though, one strategy involves using the strange larva, then fishing for the Scissors item (you can use pack rats to help cycle through items). Stall the bosses until your larva evolves into Mothman (7/3), then when the Grizzly Wall hits, you use the scissors to snip the bear in front of it so you can oneshot phase 2.
@@cheyennewalstyn1884 Nah, it seems that it really was not planned for by the dev so you just continue on through like usual, except his eyes are red for the rest of the run. The ending Lath got here is pretty much the same as if you do it in your first run
You killed the miner with his own gold. CONGRATULATIONS LATHRIX! You did something I've never seen anyone do, and that was bloody hilarious. 'you want your gold! take it!' *throws gold at face*
I love how you figured out the entire trapper-trader thing so easily, I was completely surprised by it when it got revealed, and even the second phase mechanics you just straight up predicted!
Seconded. The uncut gameplay is interesting because this game is clearly a masterpiece. And those of us looking to avoid spoilers really shouldn't be watching anyway. ^_~
Your logical thinking while playing this game is wonderful! This is my favorite series of the game I’ve seen, well done and ignore that irritable stoat!
But here's the thing. The unedited longer video is actually 'easier' to deal (trust me on this ^_^;;; ). This is different from certain other games where the cycle is or becomes less fresh.
I hope you keep some things that aren't the combat, I like seeing how you decide who to sacrifice and such. Oh and it did not take me 9 minutes to figure out the cabinet puzzle (where you got the ants from)
1:01:56 he just pulled a yugi moto! also IM really in love with the way this guy does things (the GM) He is a villian that i really like, dont see many these days that impress but this guy does it good, kudos to the game developers!!
Ive started watching another youtuber play this game, and saw that Lathrix was as well. When the other one got to the reveal of the trapper/trader, i was super surprised. And being the smart lad he is, Lathrix immediately figured it out. So cool!
In the event you make a card that is a copy of the bullfrog card, name it Jerimiah. It doesn't do anything special, unless amusing me is considered special.
I actually managed to beat all the bosses other than the last one on my first attempt, thanks to having submerge on mothman, a cat with 3 blood sacrifice and a few strong cards that needed high blood like the grizzly. Either way, loving this game so much. Look forward to the next episode!
It's so weird to see Lath solve some of the puzzles immediately or pick up on really rare hints...but then he just kinda passes over some really obvious stuff. 😂
I really find it really amusing how much you completely destroyed the other guy the last episode. In a situation were you basically is forced to lose you still beat him. I have watched others play and you are the first one to finish with the 'bad' end.
Looked into it. 49°N 123° W leads to the Canadian border. The exact Canadian border. Particularly the north west of the US in Washington state. Over what appears to be a lake or some kind of sea.
What he was extending was an olive branch, its a saying and basically means make peace. Historically I wanna say it was carried to a parlay. Also American money printed during peace time has the eagle facing the olive branch for peace and the arrows in war.
I fully understand what the olive branch represents, It's used a lot in UK in sayings! My dumb self however didn't quite know what one looks like until I just googled It right now. Wish I could have put them together whilst I was still playing! ^^

o7 thank you for playing this amazing game
Child 13 is very good. Especially when you use it constantly.
I'm loving these longer more full play throughas plez don't shorten them
U did the first part of this game wery well i think
This game is really cool!
The DM: "It is time for a reset!"
Lath: "Tooth be told, eye dont think so."
Yed
Yed
THe game went like: You can't continue, you're doing it too fast!
Lathrix: "HIppity Hoppity, this Eye is your property!"
Yes
Wish he picked the eye with sigils. It's OP
And helpful later in the game.

Which is quite ironic as Lathrix has several times said that he is a dum-dum, his words, yet he seems far more capable in most games that he plays.
You might like Aliensrock then

I never knew the knife pliers combo was so powerful. What a power move it is to completely negate the game's attempt to stop you from winning!

Winning through mutilations.
The Lathrixian way.
Lathrix is truly a Khornite cultist worth aspiring to
As an American, this cabin looks pretty comfy and the host seems pretty nice.
Except when he gives you whatever that was on the plate.

Love the "You had mandibles." moment. Hilarious.
Did you get a new haircut?
I love seeing when Lath legitimatly is enjoying himself playing a game it makes it more worthwile
"Like Jumanji, but with more squirrels"
That got me in the giggle bits
I love how you outsmarted the game and got the the boss even though you were not supposed to do that for 2 more runs, hahah.
Wait what
@@onepangaean3018 you were not supposed to get to the end for another run or 2
Literally just got done with the first episode and got this notification. How convenient
I love the diversity in the games you play it makes you stand out from other creators
funny enough, the alpha wolf DOES work with any card, including gold, pelts, and terrain cards like boulders and trees
That ending was amazing. Iv never seen a game handle a skip so effortlessly. Masterfully done.
Of corse Lathrix would find a way to stop the inevitable love it. Also, love the longer videos.
Your logical thinking while playing this game is wonderful! This is my favorite series of the game I’ve seen, well done and ignore that irritable stoat!
yeah the games not that long if you cut out a lot of the battles and such, could probably do a mostly un-editted run and be a good watch
Yeah i agree.
Love it, I really thought it would be just card game. Foolish thought having played Pony Island, that game was a trip.
Its really nice to see you back with more consistency and speed. You make my work days more bearable
just got done watching the first episode and to my very pleasant surprise the second episode is already up
The music in this game reminids me so, so much of that one tune that plays everywhere in Planescape Torment
I definitely want to see as much of a playthrough as you're willing to put time in for this
But here's the thing. The unedited longer video is actually 'easier' to deal (trust me on this ^_^;;; ). This is different from certain other games where the cycle is or becomes less fresh.

Found this game thanks to your previous video and I played through the entire game in one sitting. Very nice game and thank you for showing it to me!
I wonder if the anglers hook can be used on the moon at the end
Edit: can confirm it dosnt work
In the event you make a card that is a copy of the bullfrog card, name it Jerimiah.

I already know that I am going to watch the whole thing
Nice item combo discovery! Enjoyed your monster train LPs, so not surprised you're enjoying this with all the horror elements and good animation work.

7:10 That looks to me like an olive-branch as a symbol of peace.
Blood for the blood god
Bones for the bone lord
Skulls for the skull throne
Eyes for the scale
Comments for the algorithm
Only Lathrix could break a game by gouging out his eye and yanking a tooth
and killing a moon
This game is scary, atmospheric, funny, enticing, and amazing. Thanks for going through it
Nobody ever checks out the skull in the room. Free teeth every round.. Great job btw!
It's so weird to see Lath solve some of the puzzles immediately or pick up on really rare hints...but then he just kinda passes over some really obvious stuff. 😂
I really love this please keep going. Love this game and love your commentary!
I have Bluetooth headphones.
At 1:04:20, they ran out of charge.
The anticipation is killing me.
Just like how lathrix killed the moon.
49° N 123° W: is in the middle of the sea
This guy: goes in the forest
Me: confused screaming
Do I smell a Lathland Game Theory team up.
Im glad you are looking at this game, even if it might not get as much traction as the others, this game is sick
I think if you sacrifice something to give the child 13 card the fledgling symbol, it'll become a dragon
46:12 lathrix becoming the blood God he was always meant to be
Ive been trying to understand how this game works! thank you for explaining things sometimes
49W, 123N is just south of Vancouver, in the water.
Yesss more cursed tooth fairy, plez don't take my teeth.
So, in case anyone is wondering 49 degrees north and 123 degrees west is of the coast of Vancouver
34:47 Long Horse cameo!
I'm hooked. Can't wait to watch the next one. I'm behind though, so I don't need to wait.

What they were giving you when they surrendered was probably an olive branch
Lathrix: Loses an eye
Me: Understandable, this game is creepy
Lathrix: Gets offered a replacement eyeball
Me: Wait WTF?
You managed to skip three character a major card and some puzzles and a new eye, i'm impressed
Tooths for the Toothfairy! The Toothfairy cares not from which mouth the tooths comes from!

Whoa ! That is even better than I expected, brillant play !
I like seeing most of the raw footage ps -lathrix I love your videos since I was young thankyou for that
Just as you went into the house my phone froze on black screen lol
I was not expecting the dagger to do what it did.
You really passed up Magpie's eye, you could have the power to insta draw lathrix and win
I think i need to get this game... this is really good
Yay and now, for the bloody agorthom
i dont think ive been this excited for a series since jacksepticeyes's subnautica below zero series
keep in all the gameplay please
I checked and 49° north 123° west is a bit of point Roberts near Vancouver in the water
To actually be meaningful at all, those coordinates would have to be in seconds, for a local area.
Love this game so far! Please Keep the videos about this edited and length.
For the horrible algorithm
1:12:09: So, that's basically Geocaching...
More of this game so soon? It must be Christmas come early!
A gift to the algorithm, as the more who get to enjoy this game, the better.
The poping in the error sounded like a audio scncronizeing code
Lathrix was really about to stab the dude
Back when he got the boons there was a clock on the wood board presented, maybe that has the time for the clock?
And for a few minutes, Lathland became a reaction channel!
Folks 'round here call this guy "One Eye Lathyboi". Folks say he lost it in a match
This is a game you have to lose to win. Cheeky buggers...
I love watching you play this game
49°N 123°W is in the middle of a Canadian harbor
An eye for a tooth for an eye. or so they say...
This hits echos of playing the original myst as a kid for me.
Alway's a joy to watch your videos
Keep up the good work lath
Ahh so 7:05 he was offering u an olive branch when he knew he couldnt win
Eye see what you did there.
My fav mad man is back at it again
this game is really interesting, sad to see it doesn't get that many views
yeah that mangled floppy is not gonna read anything :P
This sends shivers down my spine
another video, another good day
this is such an awsome game! ME WANT MORE!
Fun fact: 49 degrees North 123 degrees West just lands you in the Atlantic ocean.
This is really interesting
God just finished watching this I love this game now
