Part 1: My Mental Struggle During the Last Days
Life at sea can be both exciting and challenging, but the last days were particularly tough for me. As a sailor, I have to deal with long working hours, sleep deprivation, and isolation from family and friends. During my last days at sea, I felt mentally and physically drained, and my mental health started to suffer.
In this video, I share my personal struggle and how I coped with it. I talk about the stress, anxiety, and depression that I experienced and how I managed to stay positive. I also share some tips for anyone who might be going through a similar situation.
Part 2: Meeting My Girlfriend After 7 Months
Being away from my girlfriend for seven months was one of the toughest things I had to endure. I missed her every day, and the only way we could communicate was through emails and video calls. But finally, the day came when I could meet her again.
In this video, I share the emotional reunion with my girlfriend, the moments we shared, and the feelings we had. I talk about how it felt to see her after such a long time, the joy we experienced, and the challenges we faced. I also share some tips for anyone who might be in a long-distance relationship.
Part 3: Journey from Ship to Home
After spending months at sea, I was finally heading home. The journey from the ship to home was both exciting and challenging. I had to travel through different countries, deal with customs, and face some unexpected situations.
In this video, I share my journey from the ship to home, the places I visited, and the experiences I had. I talk about the challenges I faced, such as language barriers and cultural differences, and how I managed to overcome them. I also share some tips for anyone who might be traveling internationally.
Part 4: The Last Video from Life At Sea
This video is the last in my series about life at sea, and I want to share my raw and honest account of my experience. I have documented my life at sea for several months, and I want to share my final thoughts and reflections.
In this video, I talk about the things I learned, the challenges I faced, and the people I met. I share my emotions and feelings about leaving life at sea and starting a new chapter in my life. I also share some tips for anyone who might be considering a career at sea.
Conclusion:
I hope you enjoyed this video and my series about life at sea. This video is personal and emotional, and I wanted to share my story with you. If you are going through a tough time or considering a career at sea, I hope this video can provide some comfort and inspiration.

Thank you
Thank you young man for the glimpses of life at sea. I’ve enjoyed watching, and hope you do more in the future. In the meantime, I saw you lift up your copy of the Bhagavad Gita, and give praise to God. I am a Christian, and I must admit that I know nothing of your religion. But, I was so impressed with your simple, yet sincere thanks to God, that I went on Amazon and bought a copy of the book you showed us. I look forward to reading it, and learning more about your culture. May God bless you in all your future endeavors! 🙏🏻
Thanks for the ride. I enjoyed your journey at sea. Best wishes for your next adventure.
