My advice is to seek professional consult with a doctor or physio therapist in person rather than asking a UA-camr who cannot see you, does not know your history, your lifestyle, any scans you may need, and cannot provide any sort of medical guidance legally. Lucy literally says in this video that you need to seek physio help if you have an injury.
