I bought my blender a year ago and after that it wasn’t working. I have no idea what was wrong with it and the red light was blinking. From watching your video I did the exact same thing but I put something in between the 2 little switches to hold it down and now it’s working. This video saved me from getting a new ninja blender. Thank you for this video! Thought i lost my blender! By the way mines was blinking while i was setting the handle to be on my left, although it was clicking in, it wouldnt turn on & kept blinking red. I then repositioned it with the handle on the right side & it worked!

Your lid arrows has to be lined up perfectly or it won't work. The piece at the very top is what controls it on the top of the lid. Ull see a little piece that pushes down. And it goes up when you press the release button

If the lid isn’t closed, it will not work. Those pins are pushed down by some mechanics on the lid.

Actually i found out that the reason it blinks is because of the positioning of locking in the thing where the handle on the jar needs to be in the front and not in the back when you lock it. Look at how the prongs on the bottom of the jar.

Once you lift the handle of the lid make sure the two arrows match up and the lid locks completely down . After trying your method and then seeing other videos the arrows matching I found was my problem
