There’s barely any representation of any type of metal/rock in basic media, so this helps the rock/metal industry to introduce the younger generation to it. She has a lot of song that aren’t only pop. This the harder she can get without getting demoted from the charts.
Yeah! A lot of young people (at least in my area) have been really interested not only rock/metal but the entire subcultures surrounding the music. It's so much fun! As a youth myself, I have to say that a big part of the return was i'd say the fact that gen z is growing up and finding its influences in 2000's fashion. Specifically Y2k fashion, and emo/scene fashion. I'm glad that I'm growing up in an environment in which I can feel safe to express myself through mediums such as fashion, music, and even entertainment.
I believe the ultimate artist, is versatile. Not comparing her to Prince, but Prince did everything including metal songs like Bambi, im yours & Dreamer. its cool for some people to have their own favorite genre, but real talent has no genre
