Beautiful result - also for the appearance, I think you did well to finish them. Now all I need is a fully equipped workshop and years of experience in wood-working...
Nice work. Now I can replace my old ones that I managed to destroy. These look way more solid. Like you, I also make a lot of my own gym equipment and personally I find that the equipment made properly with wood is a lot stronger than some of the steel equipment on the market. Keep up the good work 😉
I love the start of using the handsaw and switching to the bandsaw. I did the same thing when working on some poster frames. What the heck am I doing using a handsaw when I have a bandsaw?!?
Very nice! If I buy all the gear necessary to do that, I only end up having bars costin roughly 5000 € =) I will just try with a saw and some easy tools I have at home. very nice job man!!
8:10 They are not safe if they slipper, I made a pair very similar to those, but added some rubber pads at their bottom face, so they really cannot move while using it.
Quick question for all the smart people out there, would 2 dowels on either side of the handles connecting to the sides of the bars be able to support a person's weight?
Well done. I built a set of parallettes similar to the ones in the photos you used in the video of the expensive ones, the one with one screw holding it together. That design was actually ripped off from a German builder at Rawal who builds those parallels with a bridal joint holding the bar on the legs. I like your design though also.
:) well done, nice, and well explained. The hand stand was quite impressive!
finn127 Thanks!
Cool project, I made a pair of similar handles, a few months ago, but your version is much more sophisticated! Came out awesome!

Impressive. Both the project itself and your strength. Good job.
Beautiful result - also for the appearance, I think you did well to finish them.

Oh Lord, what a cool channel!
I wish my dad had such a variety of tools and workbenches. I would probably build most of my stuff on my own.

I think a hex shape handle would fit the hand nice as well. Good info, thanks!

Top Tip for push ups!
Just do them without handles, less chance of injury and it's free!
Genius you can do more exercises with them;)
Beast!
Good Job Marius!! :-D

Excellent- Funny, informative and innovative.
Hi mate, thank you so much for sharing. What's the distance you recommend, from the floor to the center of the bar (and of the holes) ?
very nice job done, man ;)
Very nice! If I buy all the gear necessary to do that, I only end up having bars costin roughly 5000 € =) I will just try with a saw and some easy tools I have at home. very nice job man!!

Hi.Your work is so beautiful. Can you show the bar's measurements on the photo?
What are the dimensions of the cedar wood planks? Ex: 2x4
Nice job. I don't have such tools. I will rather assembly PVC tubes.

strips of mouse pad on the bottoms?
Very nice, but how would you do it without machines ? That hole for handles ?
You need at least a hand held drill and a big drill bit.
I like you videos
Quick question for all the smart people out there, would 2 dowels on either side of the handles connecting to the sides of the bars be able to support a person's weight?
Is it the legend 27
what is the diameter and length of the bar?

Do you know the dimensions of the handles?
i use a death stop to make sure i don´t drill all the way trough XD
What are the dimensions? Height, length & width.
