Absolute unit of a guy. I want to make this, but my country does not have a strong culture of DIY stuff so I have no tools. Maybe sometime in the future I will make more stuff. Subscribed!
Thank you very much. Maybe you can start the DIY culture in your country. DIY is fun and also very satisfying. I have just uploaded another DIY video. This time I built a PlyoBox.
great video ! is it possible to play around with the height for example 20cm instead of 13cm because i want mine to allow me to do more exercises like L site to handstand and the tutorial was on point thank you
I made the template myself. Before that I looked at the size of other parallettes on the market. The measurements are in the beginning of the video (16x13cm) but I don't remember the distance between bottom and the edge of the hole. I guess you don't have to be too accurate. Just try to make a stable construction.
I already had all the tools. The wood and the oil was only a few Euros. If you take leftover wood from the hardware store it becomes even cheaper. Good luck!
Thenx Parallettes are 18inch long, which is almost exactly the same size as the ones I built (I didn’t know that as I did the project, but the length seems to provide good stability)
Oh i see; Can we increase little height(up to 7/8 inch) and width of base to increase it's stability. I am going to made them so I just want to be clear. Thank you
That shouldn’t be a problem. More height could make practicing the L-sit easier. But make sure you increase the width. Stability comes from the width. You wouldn’t want the Parallettes tipping to the side.
Very nicely done, but most impressive was the young lad's superhuman two thumbs up! :) Kudos on music selection too.
😄 thank you very much
Thanks a lot man ! I just made mines today following your video. It's really cool :D

Yes. You could do that. But make them wider for better stability.
Nice work! Also what song is this it sounds exactly like stay young by oasis
Thank you for the comment. You‘re absolutely right. But it‘s just StockMaterial from Videoleap. Interesting.
I want ask where you take the templeates or angle sizes or how far is from down of angle ?

What are those squares on the bottom of the paralettes.
Just rubber stickers to prevent sliding. They are usually for furniture like chairs.
Bro what is the diameter of the stick
Can you remember the diameter size of the dowel?
The diameter is 3,5cm. Have fun.
What is the type of wood ?
I used pine wood.
Which wood did you used for making this ? Plz reply
I used pine wood. But I guess you can use other types of wood.
@@doctorfather9360 which wood would be good for making gymnastic rings ?
@@kissorr Sorry. I don’t know. I read that some are made from birch wood.
Hey how much did it cost to get all the supplies?
I already had all the tools. The wood and the oil was only a few Euros. If you take leftover wood from the hardware store it becomes even cheaper. Good luck!
@@doctorfather9360 thanks 👍
where did you get the rubber feet?
Those are usually for chairs or tables. You can buy them at a hardware store.
Are their size comparable to those of thenx?
Thenx Parallettes are 18inch long, which is almost exactly the same size as the ones I built (I didn’t know that as I did the project, but the length seems to provide good stability)

What's the song name?
„When we were young“ from Calahan. I took it from Videoleap‘s stockmaterial.
@@doctorfather9360 thanks
Are those two 45 degree cuts on each side of the template? Does it matter how much you take off to create the angles?
It probably doesn’t make much of a difference since the force is directed downwards. But yes, the cuts are 45 degrees.
