What a wonderful way to celebrate your honeymoon. The beef Wellington looks so delicious and the pistachio soufflé also looked divine. And that VIEW is fantastic
It was truly divine. To follow up on this video, we have a Brunch reserved on this upcoming trip as they offer a pre fixe brunch menu for a set price. That Pistachio soufflé was to die for. The second we saw that as an option we were like, “Pistachio please” -Paul
The love between you both is truly inspiring. What a beautiful meal for two beautiful people. Thanks for making content that made me smile and warmed my heart. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness and love together.
So glad I got to find you both. Excellent video window table was worth it fantastic looking food. Congrats on the honeymoon can’t wait to see your channel grow
French food is so rich and flavorful. It’s one of my absolute favorite cuisines. Very heavy emphasis on butter, wine, and meat. And thank you for your kind words! I’m so glad you enjoyed! -James
It was so good ❤️ - Often when we have French meals it’s usually just Chocolate or a few other basic flavors, but we were quite pleased to see Pistachio as an option and just had to do it.
Thank you so much! We’re so happy that you enjoyed the video! No worries about being late. We’ll say Happy Anniversary instead. That pistachio soufflé remains one of the best desserts I’ve had in Las Vegas. We really need to give the recipe a try at home one of these days. We appreciate you taking the time to comment! -James

Don’t be afraid to drop them the suggestion too. Who knows? Maybe you’ll be the one to get the ball rolling. -James
People commenting about not eating snails may not realize they are mollusks- as are things like clams and mussels. I had the chocolate souffle there years ago for my birthday and it was amazing. Great video!
@@auroram8906 we’re so glad that you enjoyed the video! Thanks for taking the time to comment and let us know. I do wish that escargot was not as controversial for some as it is. Everything about it really was 😮 - We both do French meals every once in a while and this blew us away. All the expected classics were there on the menu, but done so well.
Great video and I'm glad you showed the Fois Gras! My wife and I will be there for our 11 year anniversary in March. We love Paris, France and French food is some of our favorite.
Thank you so much! We’re so glad that you enjoyed! Paul and I are actually debating going back to the Eiffel Tower Restaurant for brunch when we visit Vegas for our 1 year anniversary in September. It was just so great, we really want to try their other offerings. We hope you folks have a fabulous trip and an amazing meal at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant!
Yes we were ❤️ That was filmed for an upcoming episode in the next few weeks (or when we can fit it into our release schedule) so please be on the lookout for that when it comes out.
i had seen the indoor base of the eiffel tower at the paris but didn't think it was big enough to have a restaurant. i thought of it as a super sized mini golf course decoration... oh but i guess there's a lot of it on the outside too and i don't think it took a good look at it from the outside.
Very good review. I enjoy you guys very much. Good descriptions and excellent selections. Congratulations on your marriage. Like I’ve said before I’d love to be friends with you two. Keep up the great work.
After tax and tip - about $550 While in the realm of “not much different from other fine dining on the strip” it was the most we have spent for a nice meal so far. But totally worth every penny. That $550 doesn’t factor in the $150’ish I also spent months before on that table reservation, rose, and cookbook so it was actually around $700 😮
I am assuming based on their website that there isn’t really a difference in the menu whether you choose to reserve a seat at the bar or a table as the restaurant has a policy that requires one entree ordered per guest (which I am assuming is the same policy regardless of seating within the restaurant) and those entrees were AMAZING!!! So this is definitely a “Special Occasion” type of meal - Reviewing the Open Table app, you are able to dine in a standard table, book a seat at the bar, prepay for a guaranteed window seat, or even book the coveted table 52 (that option was booked when we reserved so the view in our video is of the guaranteed window seat) It’s an amazing experience so if you ever get to dine here… It’s going to be pricey, but it was the best meal we have had so far and the two of us always try to have some type of fine dining meal when on vacation. That being said, we will be in Vegas again this week filming more content so in the next few weeks or so look for a potential video on Mr. Chow at Caesars Palace, and Amalfi by Bobby Flay as far as fine dining… however before this year ends we will be making a video about the new Food Hall at the Fontainebleau so if you love food… We have more coming.
This was one of our earliest videos and we we’re still learning the difference of how the music sounds while editing on a computer and how it sounds through UA-cam on other devices. I do apologize for that. We’ve definitely felt like our more recent videos have dialed that in better. Thanks for watching and for the feedback! We appreciate it -James
This was definitely an earlier video and edited in iMovie when we had less control over those factors (this was one of the very first few videos we were working on and admittedly I knew absolutely zero about editing videos when we made it) We do use Premier Pro now and generally try to work with the many ranges of volume options for background music. Thank you for trying to watch it though. -Paul
All great choices as well. Those three are definitely favorites of ours. We are from Phoenix so there is never any shortage of Mexican food and we also have some amazing Chinese dim sum and even Italian in both the American and the more rustic variety locally.
I think we can definitely appreciate that point of view. Whereas for us, a love of fine dining is one of the things that Paul and I share and weirdly enough, would rather pay $450 for dinner than for live entertainment… go figure. It’s definitely the differences that make this world special. Thanks for commenting and we hope that you enjoyed the video nonetheless. -James
