At 71 yo I live in my 'work in progress' 12 x 24 shed conversion tiny house. I bought it in 2020 and live on family property near my daughter and her family circus. I, too, must go back and look at videos and pictures to remind myself just how much has been done. Y'all are terrific and inspirational. Thank you for sharing.

BRILLIANT! I've lived on my acres for 7.5 weeks now. It's been an interesting transition from a house with running water and electric. I'm 16 months behind you guys but I don't have as many trees as much as I'd love to mill my own wood It's gonna not happen any time soon. What a beautiful place you have there. I hope I can catch up lol
We know those first couple of months so well! I hope you take your time and enjoy the whole process. It's a journey, but can be really wonderful.
You girls have done a lot and should be proud of it even the failures you feel have set you back. They are leaning experiences and life lessons learned to share. Not everyone would've went forward, they would have given up. Kudos to all of it..

Awesome job Ladies. I am proud of you. I am in a shed to homestead also, Guys at work and family think I could get all done in a day. It very much is a work in progress, all by my lonesome, there are a million and one projects to do. On my land, since there is power lines, I had bought the boxes, wiring and supplies to make a 30A RV connection. The reason is, for some grid power to use air tools and such to build my homestead, establish my full solar system. Then later go off grid. but having a rv connection for visiting family, or build an AIRBNB to perhaps have some extra income for my homestead chores

My second favorite part is the garden, wow!!! I can’t wait to see it all in bloom but even now you can see how gorgeous it will be. The arbor, the rose garden with the bird bath- it will be so nice to relax there on a summer evening!
I also love the patio with the table and stock tank pool.
The bathroom turned out beautifully- all those hostas already grew so much!

You two have accomplished SO much! I have a feeling I will be a LOT slower than you. I think I need to clone myself as there is only one of me. Having a second person would be lovely except that I am such a hermit and don't play well with others. But only if I have to LIVE with them. I am normal in other ways. WELL done ladies!
Thank you! Having two people really does help! Sometimes (when the budget allows) getting a third or even fourth person to do things like laying our driveway has really helped us.

Is the floor of the outside shower wood and how does the water drain? I’d love to see a video about how you deal with all the plumbing challenges.
The floor is decking wood and it has gaps in between the boards that allow the water to fall through.
