    Really needed this one as my quads are super tight today after yesterday's marathon! Sitting at a desk all day has not helped! On the plus side my hips and glutes that I've been stretching lots with the help of your videos were fine during and after the race 😊 I even got a PB 🎉

    Ideal after broken 8-minute runs at track tonight. I liked the thigh massage and will incorporate that in future. Sometimes my quads get sore during the night and this will help. Thank you.

    That's very good. Exactly what I need after running the Boston Marathon. My quads and my calves are as tight as iron after running such a hilly course. Do you have a video teaching us how to release the tightness of the calves after running a marathon?

      @@RunBetterwithAsh Thank you for your reply. My quads are tight again today, Both quads are still so tight like two iron plates inside. Do you expect the tightness will go away soon if I do these stretches once a day or even a few times a day?
