That first tip is perfect for people with adhd, listening and reading simultaneously keeps me engaged with what I’m reading. I love that I can increase the speed so it matches my reading pace as well!
i was telling someone who acts like she has ADHD (but i'm not sure, she's an acquaintance) that i like to listen to the audiobook while i read the physical book and she was like "OH THAT'S SO SMART!" lol she sounded genuinely impressed. so i think it appealed to her.
