There is something so satisfying about seeing a piece of paper tear perfectly from a perforated line! You have the best ideas, Sharmane! The ticket booklets are so lovely! I'm going to try these too. I'm intrigued by the other booklet that had the quote "tomorrow is today's dream", the collage is beautiful 😊💕💕

if you use a short straight stitch with no thread on your sewing machine for the perforations
thanks for this, this is helpful info for those who have sewing machines at home. :)
Lovely. This ticket book made me remember "GuestBook" (page 51-52) from "Making Handmade Books: 100+ bindings..." by Alisa Golden.
That sounds like an interesting read!
@@shacee As a second recall - perhaps a more related book is the "Brush Book" page 44 - same book. It is a good resource - look for it at your library!.
Very nice work. May I ask where you bought the cling stamp? Or the brand please? Ty
all stamps varies, the label stamps are sent by a penpal from singapore, so i'm not quite sure where she got those. the botanical stamps are from shoppee.com carftiesurfaceph shop and the postal stamps are from stickerrific, a shop in malaysia :)
could u please send me the link of the shop where u bought those stamps? i cant find it. thank u
😍😍 you made it look so easy! 💕
It was! give it a try!! :)
I'm going to try this 😊❤️
You cam use a tim holtz mini perforating tool as well 😊
I do have a perforating tool as well from daiso. I've not tried the one from holtz, this easy trick is for those who don't have one. 🧡
@@shacee Thankyou for sharing this one ... it's really satisfying to rip something from a perforated edge :) ... I really am enjoying your tutorial style videos, really lovely travel size ephemera is really inspiring.
Wow.. This is amazing.. 😍👌
Very beautiful of repurposing used textbooks! If you don't mind me asking, what ink stamp did you use for this piece?
Hi mei! I used the ink pad from shiny stamps :)
Cool idea! Tfs!

AM I HEARING EVERY TIME BY KATY KIRBY!?
My fave, i use this song a lot. Gaha
Majorly time consuming when one needs to do 250 tickets for 4 booklets. :(
if you're making that many, it would be best smart to invest on a perforation tool.
