It's even easier to do them on flat sheets of paper. No need then to worry about bending or tearing as you roll them and you can even use small wooden pieces or buttons...that won't bend. I do mine on tracing paper, cut into three inch wide strips and then folded like an accordion. They lay flat and are easy to store and I don't have to unwind a long roll to find the one I want. (I leave them in 12" long strips so there are 4 collages to each 3" x 12" piece.) Just another suggestion.

What a great idea, your little collages are beautiful! I absolutely love those washi tapes as well. I would caution against using receipts as they usually contain BPS which can be absorbed by the skin and is unhealthy, any thermal printed paper is not good to handle a lot. Glad I stumbled upon your video, it was very inspiring!💕🇨🇦

How much i love this little guys🥰 especially because are on the strips - i made so many clusters like this, but never thought to have a base. And of course, beside my bujo and a few paper clips, i didn't use them, because i didn't know what to do. I love parchment paper, is already vintage and the noise is yummy 😁. Now i think autumn and Christmas for this rolls 🥰 Thank you so much for making me using the scraps stashed in 3 boxes. No one should dare to ask why we keep all the little bits, we are not crazy 🤪 They have a future. Much love!💞💞💞

Love this idea. I have so many tiny pieces and it's a perfect idea to put them together in tiny collages consolidating the bits into a stack or roll of embellishments to add as I work on my journals. Thanks so much for sharing this.

Wow, how creative to use old receipts. Love the idea of reusing something you would throw away. I bought a bunch of adding machine paper super cheap at Goodwill. I like that it doesn’t add much bulk. Thanks for sharing

I love this tutorial... It's so affordable and you can do so much with it. I'm from Serbia and I don't have access to most of the products that you use or I can afford them, but this is fantastic. Just keep up doing this great staff and you now somebody will watching you for sure. I wish to be yo pen pal friend. I can be very creative and you are not far away. If you know the history not so far away part of my country was in occupation by Austria. Realy will you be my pen pall i want to see in person your yellow splash !!:)

This is such a great idea! I have trouble some times when I turn to a page in my journal and I freeze. By putting together quite a few at the same time and NOT in my journal, I think it will be more freeing. Thanks again for posting this!

These are so much fun! You could do a few of them with different themes. I love the top down glueing method. It's easiest for me but I still will take a picture because I will sometimes knock it before it's all glued. My klutziness is part of my charm.

Wow so beautiful, love the new ideal of making collage rolls on different sheets of paper or tape rolls, I have many receipts that I've kept for returns , and never did cause I loved what I purchased, but just loved how long the receipt are LOL,,,, and could not throw them in the trash, so now looking @ your tutorial my receipts will have a new place to live!!!! The roll of paper is calculator paper (for those that print)! And as a quilter, we use phone books because the paper is really thin.
