Harriet Hall is not anti vegan. On numerous occasions she has promoted the nutritional advice that people should eat mostly plants and discussed the potential benefits of vegetarian diets (including veganism as a subclass of vegetarianism). She's also conceded the environmental benefits of diets that are low in animal products. Nonetheless shes provided good reason to doubt that removing all animal products from your diet is optimal for _all_ humans. I think her criticisms of vegan media are measured and fair. Keep in mind that the strongest arguments in favour of veganism are not health arguments. They're moral ones. It's possible to be healthy while not being strictly vegan. That doesnt take away from the environmental and animal rights benefits.
Sweet video, here is how you get around a pay wall: sci-hub.tw/ Enter the studies name/link/PMID or whatever helps you find it. Sometimes links won't work so you go to another journal and try their link but I've pretty much accessed all the studies I've ever needed this way.
I agree with your comments on HH's article. She is biased and makes many assumptions. Maybe the work of ageing. Although I respect her work on the quackery.
Never happened. I'm a fan in a sense, I like him as a person and I respect his accomplishments, but I'm not a big fan of MMA or any other highly competitive venture.

You have a weird way of pronouncing some syllables and vowels. It’s not bad, just unusual. Where does that come from? I am just curious.
Not surprising! I'm French Canadian.
Cool. Do you get tired of people asking you if you are a fan of Georges St. Pierre?
