Loving this challenge this morning April 2024 Thank you Adriene you and Benji rock and roll, me!!!! Namaste 🙏🏼 ❤ To all my unseen fellows may you find what feels good , daily with yoga 🧘
Today marked my 500th day in a row with Adriene ❤️ thank you for everything and can't imagine a day without YWA and its wonderful community! It has become a part of my life and I don't want to do it any other way 😁 Namaste 🧘♀️
I'm so blessed to be practicing with the greatest yoga family. Getting off my mat I'm so grateful feeling so strong, energized and awesome. Thanks very much Adriene. Love you all. ❤❤❤ Namaste.
Checking for Build Day 13 (April 2024)! I was shaking and trembling in Warrior I and it brought out such gratitude and marvel at being alive that it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for that! ❤
Thank you so much Adriene for reminding us of the power, importance, and presence of the breath. I could feel it rejuvenating within me the whole practice, especially when you would tell us to breathe deep and reconnect with the breath. I could feel my whole body toning and trimming throughout the practice and I am glad to have stuck with my intention to embrace each posture because I was no longer worried about how much more to go or if I could do it. And the rest at the end felt truly right, which reminds me to take the same learning outside of my mat: to be hardworking and presently focused, later earning a beautiful rest. Thank you for offering your advice at the end of doing the practice 4 times more to see how it evolves and to make sure to take a shavasana at the end. I did and I enjoyed the feeling of the nutrients dissolving into me and becoming a part of me. Namaste 🙏🏼
I am enjoying this month of Build. It been challenging but not as much as it would have been without my daily practices leading up to it. It’s amazing what our bodies are capable of when we work with them. Thanks Adrian for helping me enjoy my body.
Build Day 13🎉 I modified this quite a bit, but so glad I made it to my mat, I relied on my core a lot for this practice to try and take as much weight as possible out of my arms (more so my left shoulder), although I did have to skip the downward dogs and full planks 😕. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
BUILD 🔥 | April 13, 2024 | I appreciate the addition of this strong flow to the Build calendar - it's been quite a while since we did this last, but I'm pleased to say that I can feel the results of my consistent practice as we move in this practice. It still builds heat, but the lovely cool down feels that much better for it!
I've always loved wkend ywa practices....this felt as good as a refreshing workout😅for core and strength building. I really enjoyed doing Build Day13:04:24✅👌🏾for breath flow, still challenging, but i find i am strong implementing daily yoga tools on and off the mat. Thank you Adriene and this uplifting community, have a lovely relaxing wkend Namaste ☮️❤💪🏾🪻🙏🏾
Build Day 13 April 2024 I really felt this one today😂 At first, I felt miserable as my day went not as I had planned it, and I screwed up one important event. I started doing the practice with a shaky foundation and got my grounding back by the end of it🎉 Thank you, Adriene, for a gentle reminder that you can regain your confidence. In fact, it's always within🙏 Thank you, dear yoga community, for just always being here❤
These longer, harder practices I used to avoid and choose the restorative, gentle ones but as they are on the calendar I have to do them (!!). But what do I find - that they are not so scary and I can do them, with mindfulness and body awareness. Thank you so much Adriene xx
I struggled with today's practice a lot. I had to take a couple child's pose breaks and still fell during the side planks. Still, I tried my best, took Adriene's advice and balanced with my other leg and was able to finish the practice strong. A powerful start to the new day. Have a good yoga week! PS. Who's here for Renew 2021?
Me too! My hands were shaking when I reached side plank pose, even with the variation haha. My short term goal is someday able to do full side plank, but for now I’m just happy that I managed to finish this tough practice. Let’s keep it strong!
Thank you so much for your positivity, I directly did this yoga session when I saw your comment :). I hope it will cheer up many people hesitating to do this video !
Today for day three of honor I learned- 1. I can do hard things 2. It’s better to give yourself the support you need when something is hard than just to give up
Because of all that „rock“ rollin all over the world, I really, REALLY needed this practice today… 😌 Thank you so much, Adriene, for helping me to guide my thoughts, anxieties and worries in the face of adversity and worries; thanks for always reminding me how to breathe, whenever the world seems to fall apart… It means a lot to me, believe me. Namaste. 🙏🏻 Love you. 🤍
This was a workout for sure, but I feel good afterwards. I needed those child poses at the end. They were much appreciated. Tomorrow morning, I have my first Moderna vaccination. Not sure whether to practice beforehand or after. Cultivate day 18. 318 days in a row.
Hi William, I suggest you to practice before the vaccination if possible. After the shot, usually your body will be quite weak, and rest is recommended. I tried to get easy for a couple of days after getting my 1st and 2nd shot. Hope it will go well!
You should practice before the vaccine, for both doses of vaccine I practiced early in the morning and I was ready and relaxed. Fortunately no side effect or pain!
I've been doing this practice for years now and never get tired of it. It seems so simple but it's just the right pace, the flow is lovely, the guidance keeps me present and growing with every repeat session. Thank you so much Adriene
Day 73 of yoga for me today and as always fascinated by how I’m gaining strength every single day. Not always mentally, but physically with no doubt. Still notice that after my absolutely whole life not doing any physical exercises at all, my body and mind still fight the “I wanna stop right now! I can’t do this a single second longer!”-fight. Also today, I had to pause for a tiny child pose to take a deep breath in between, and well, doing the side planks, on both sides I stopped one or two breaths earlier thinking (or hoping 😁) that Adriene was about to end the asana at this point. But yeah, two seconds later, I got back into the asana and finished it. 😊 I will definitely follow Adriene’s advice to do this exercise once a week to observe the progress I make. Much love to everyone here from Germany. Namaste 🙏
A flowing workout for us today. This senior yogi missed out the side planks today, otherwise all was good. This isolating has definitely made me less fit, not happy with that, but where would I be without you Adriene ? My daily practice keeps me sane and feeling positive. See you tomorrow for some Moon Practice 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
You're back, you're back, you're back!!! My day was so made by seeing this unexpected upload! Yesterday my husband was harassing me to get up, and he said "Adriene's waiting for you!" It took me a beat to catch what he meant because he's not been responding to my regular Adriene talk. 😁 There was so much about that moment. The reminder that you are waiting, the knowledge that you're always there, and that he actually has listened to me over time! I'd never smiled so big as I pranced to my mat! 😍 Love!
The past few days, I've been doing yoga outside on my balcony! I love feeling the wind and hearing the birds chirping. This practice was so nice! I wasn't ready to hold those side planks quite as long lol, but I held them for longer than I have before, so I call it a win.
Getting on the mat was tough this morning because I did not get enough sleep last night. But I remembered Adriene's wise advice, that the hardest part is getting on the mat. How true! This practice energized me when I had little energy. Thank you!
Build🧱 - April 2024 I build a loving and strengthening practice that allows me to shine joy internally and externally into my life. I feel truly strengthened and lengthened, supported from the very foundations of my body which allows me to fly through and into the rest of my day! A wonderful Saturday morning practice to move stagnant energy and get ready for another lovely springy day🌷💛! Feeling like a new spring chicken🐣! Namaste yogi friends🙏✨💓 xx
I have been doing yoga for many years but daily for the past couple of years. I cannot recommend enough. For the short-time I'm practising and listening to Adriene I forget everything and go into a peaceful place. The secondary benefits is the body itself. At 44 I'm probably in the best health of my life. Thankyou so much Adriene, you are truly a remarkable person. 🙏
This practice was very energising and strength building. This senior yogi breathed through so many flowing downward dogs and planks. I admit to using forearm side planks with supporting leg down, respecting my limits and being mindful and wow, that child’s pose was so welcome😂. I loved the boat pose variation at the end. I think we’re becoming creative tomorrow 🤔 thanks Adriene 😊. 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
Hello Francis, feeling tired after these last flowing practices. I feel core practices work well for me to keep me strong and happy and positive so meditation often doesn’t help. I try to keep a balance. Love to you yoga friend 🙏🏻😊
The trees were being trimmed loudly, the world is in a crazy place currently and somehow listening to you calmly lead me in this lovely practice made it all melt away. That is such *power* and I am glad to follow your lead. Thank you and namaste.
For todays practice my intention was "I choose to trust" Trust the practice, the process, trust in myself. In savasana it came to me I need to let go of worry, to trust that my family know whats best for them, that I don't need to always worry, to let go of waht I can't control and just TRUST. 🙏
I wanted to stay with the calendar today, but as a senior yogi affected by the restrictions of this last year I went as far as the side planks and then freestyled to respect my body’s ability. This is a slow slow workout, so I did a deep breath per move, no rushing just calmly through to get full benefit and I feel I’m keeping my fitness up. See you tomorrow on the mat, love you Adriene 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
I LOVED how you said respect my body's ability. That helped me to decide what I should swap today. I've been having bad sciatic pain and am so nervous to do anything at all. The slightest wrong movement and I go into debilitating pain. I really miss doing the yoga with Adriene and you though. I think I'm going to strap on my back brace and try the snuggle yoga one. Socks on. I hope you are feeling well today and proud you've inspired a "special yogi" today. (Not sure how to describe myself but trying to be positive.) ♥️🙏🍑🗡
Laura, I so feel for you with sciatic pain, it’s horrendous ! I have experienced it in the past and it makes you very wary of however you move in case it strikes. Do take extra care and be mindful. I love the idea of you in your snuggly socks. I must send you extra vibes to help see you through 🧘🏼♀️🙏💕
@@gillsmith6740 Thank you for your compassionate reply! It made me feel more ok about myself this morning. I’m questioning myself like- “am I just being lazy if I don’t try harder today?” I’m glad to know that you’ve had it to, and now you are in a strong place where you can do these practices every day. I hope you are doing well and I know you are ready for the May calendar 🌷
I’m ok right now but on my edge , so yes, I’m looking forward to the May calendar with some core work, often low to the ground, but will go carefully 😊 hope those demons take a holiday 🤞💕
I had this practice saved to my playlist a few weeks back, but always used to avoid it. Today I finally done the whole video, even if with pauses in between! Did not try to beat myself up too much, instead pat myself on my back for sticking till the end! Adriene's a good teacher who does not hold ppl to her fitness standards, instead encourages! One day I aim to be as fit as her though! Peace ✌🏻
The longer I travel on this yoga journey with you the more my practice deepens. Sometimes joyful revelation in my body and sometimes a stern reminder that these old bones and muscles do not want to go there today. Often in the same practice. You have taught me to be mindful and to listen. Thank you
Thank Ü Adriene - (A Small Poem ) Life, a package of cheer and tear, One thing, for we don't fear my dear, Though Vividly transitioning every now and then, But We always have Our constant, YogaWithAdriene. There may be trouble, perhaps some tears and some pain, Sunshine is required, but there is no growth without a little rain, Heart lifted and breathing deep is how u should, Day and night are cyclic, this must be understood, Just allow the to night wane, surely it would, Ü just need to smile and FindWhatFeelsGood! 💓 Thank u for all the positivity in these though times Adriene. FLOW 🪷 | May 17, 2022 | Even on a day when I'm not at 100% energy levels, I can tell how much stronger I've gotten and how much easier this practice is now than when I did it for the first time. Keep up your daily practice, even if it doesn't feel like you're getting stronger with every practice, you really are. Even so, I still get ridiculously happy when Adriene says "last call for vinyasa"! 😂 🧘♀
You are so humanizing because you allow yourself to flow naturally with what you want to say while you share your practice with us. Your little mistakes are so comforting and sweet. Thank you for being who you really are, Adriene! Namaste!
what a magical, explorative practice to end day 171 of yoga for me tonight. Yoga helps those of us who have a difficult time relaxing, allowing a time to slow down and focus that energy on connecting mind and body. It's a life-changing science of living
Have been doing much easier practices from the April refresh. This one got me sweating. Felt good to need to focus. Thanks Adrian you help me push myself.
Lazy Monday blues ... slowly surely coming out of a funk. good to do the flow and re find self. Namaste and yes! I have already add for May playlist! yahoo! Namaste to all
Day 3 of ACT. I woke up 30mins late and I was worried this 33min practice will eat up my time, but I chose to practice anyway. I realized that a 30min yoga practice is NEVER a waste of time because it multiplies my energy 300X. This means I can do more things in less time. This is my 3rd 30-day yoga challenge and I am so happy I have kept on with the habit. Adriene is such an awesome teacher. I hope to meet you in person in the future! Namaste! :)
Brilliant yoga practice, thank you so much Adriene. This was just the boost I needed, to get me ready for next week. Thank you. See you again tomorrow, for more awesome yoga. Namaste. 🙏🧡
Thank you so much for this wonderful practice! I woke up feeling awful this morning, but by the end of this practice I feel so much better, inside and out, that I found myself smiling and laughing. Adriene, I’ve been practicing with you for about five years and I’m so grateful to have you in my life!
My puppy trampled all over me today, but when you said, "breathe love in and breathe it out!" I truly was! I've never laughed during interruptions of my practice, so this was a wonderful first! Life gets so much better when we learn to let go and laugh.
Flow Day 17, this time actually 34 days in a row, I miscounted yesterday. I'll definitely need a shower now, this practice was really hard on me. I really struggle with planks, especially side planks so I wasn't able to hold them for more than three seconds, but I'm positive that I will get more graceful as my yoga journey progresses. Anyway, thank you for sharing!
yuhoo day 5th. im a beginner here just started this July and im starting to feel changes and strength in my body. and the magic to my soul... thanks for this Adriene☺️
Good morning all! This is a great Monday morning practice to get the body and mind flowing. I've increased my yoga practice a little during this "Stay at Home" order. I share the links to my Facebook page. A few of my friends have started practicing with Adriene now. My daughter in law has been using the practices for my granddaughters school requirements for gym! I hope they continue to do Yoga with Adriene when everything returns to normal :)
Thank you Adriene for this practice and for the March calendar 🙏 it's keeping me accountable so that I take care of myself and my mental health during these uncertain times. My country just instated a state of national emergency so it looks like I will stay at home and do a lot of yoga during the coming weeks. I hope you are all well. Peace 🙏
I started Yoga in January and for the 1st ever I did my practice outside under the Sun, watching the sky and listening to the birds ! And I feel so great now ! Thank you Adriene ! Namaste.
Yoga is so healing 🙏🏻 I've had a niggly head all day but as I begun doing my practice it slowly started to disappear 🥰 also can't believe I actually enjoy side planks now 🤣 plus I can actually hold it with my feet stacked 😱 something I never thought I'd be able to do!
Whew. This was a big yoga for the end of the day. The side planks at the end were a bit much for me, but I’ll try to remember to tackle this again next Saturday. Day 410 of the current run.
Whoa this was really hard! I definitely felt this, but I learned a lot about myself while doing it. Mostly just proud of myself for finding my edge today and not shaming myself for not being perfect.
Wow! Meditate day 6. This practice has left me speechless. When I saw 'side body flow' on the calendar, I was filled with dread because i have always battled with side plank pose. But Adriene kept encouraging us to send 'love and breath' to the side body, and so when the time for side plank finally came i found my fear had dissolved. It was replaced with confidence and power, and my (very!) shaky side plank was filled with grace. Thank you Adriene! Namaste.
Day 2 of 5 in prep for next week’s 30 day journey. WOW! This was super challenging. But like all challenges, it felt great to finish it. Thank you AGAIN, Adrienne!
This really help me tonight. I've been crying all week and I'm trying to break through the resentment I feel towards a certain person that doesn't care if I'm dead or live. It's been challenging and I told myself that I'm going to get through it. Going to my mat helps me to refocus. Helps me to care about me. To appreciate the breath in my body and not let anyone diminish it. People may come and go but the mat is always there. Namaste.
May 16, 2022 06:09 Intention : flow to connect and feel alive With our hot weather here my juices over flow, I thought I couldn't do the side plank because my mat is slippery of sweat but I did it anyway with a cautious move not to slip and hurt myself, gladly I finished the practice gracefully thank you for Adriene's guidance I did it yehhheeey! Feel alive today beautiful souls See you tomorrow Namaste🙏🏼
I loved this flow! Whenever it comes to side plank I always seem to mentally give up before I try. It’s something that has always been really hard for me. Today I tried it with an open mind and was able to hold it for about 20-30 seconds or so! Modified of course but still feeling really good it!!❤
I've been YWA daily for just over 100 days straight and today was the first time I was able to hold a side plank for a few seconds and feel strong doing it.
Thank u Adrienne! No one teaches/guides in the magical way that u do.....I am forever grateful for my home practice & feel that u r a friend!

The trees were being trimmed loudly, the world is in a crazy place currently and somehow listening to you calmly lead me in this lovely practice made it all melt away. That is such *power* and I am glad to follow your lead. Thank you and namaste.
Hola Susie. I follow you in cheering #yogawithadriene, she is amazing. 🙏🏼🇨🇷
Susie Fricker Happy to be practicing this together with you guys in this crazy crazy time! Namaste 💛
For todays practice my intention was "I choose to trust" Trust the practice, the process, trust in myself. In savasana it came to me I need to let go of worry, to trust that my family know whats best for them, that I don't need to always worry, to let go of waht I can't control and just TRUST. 🙏
Sounds like you're going to enjoy the theme for May's calendar! 😸
(Not sure how to describe myself but trying to be positive.)
♥️🙏🍑🗡
Laura, I so feel for you with sciatic pain, it’s horrendous ! I have experienced it in the past and it makes you very wary of however you move in case it strikes. Do take extra care and be mindful. I love the idea of you in your snuggly socks. I must send you extra vibes to help see you through 🧘🏼♀️🙏💕
@@gillsmith6740 Thank you for your compassionate reply! It made me feel more ok about myself this morning. I’m questioning myself like- “am I just being lazy if I don’t try harder today?”
I’m glad to know that you’ve had it to, and now you are in a strong place where you can do these practices every day.
I hope you are doing well and I know you are ready for the May calendar 🌷
I’m ok right now but on my edge , so yes, I’m looking forward to the May calendar with some core work, often low to the ground, but will go carefully 😊 hope those demons take a holiday 🤞💕
Flow Day 17 'Last Call' has taken on a new meaning since I started my yoga journey 😉
Flow day 17, yoga day 137, and just a quick REMINDER: Yoga is always a good idea. Thank you Adriene ❤🙏
Me too! I started the beginning of this year following the monthly calendar guides and haven't missed a day yet. ^_^
@@heliagrey how cool! Lovely to meet you ❤
A big thankyou to you Adrienne!! Really feel good every morning and wait to hear your voice to guide us.🙏
I had this practice saved to my playlist a few weeks back, but always used to avoid it.
Thank you
I am here for Flow practice 15/05/2022🍀🌸🌷🍀So relaxed 😌🧘🏾♀️and ready for a chillaxing Sunday. Many thx Adrienne!💝💖
Namaste🙏🏾❤️
Thank Ü Adriene -
(A Small Poem )
Life, a package of cheer and tear,
One thing, for we don't fear my dear,
Though Vividly transitioning every now and then,
But We always have Our constant, YogaWithAdriene.
There may be trouble, perhaps some tears and some pain,
Sunshine is required, but there is no growth without a little rain,
Heart lifted and breathing deep is how u should,
Day and night are cyclic, this must be understood,
Just allow the to night wane, surely it would,
Ü just need to smile and FindWhatFeelsGood! 💓
Thank u for all the positivity in these though times Adriene. I bow down to you for your goodness.
Namaste. 🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing Aashraya 💜.
Loved this and am so grateful for your work.
One of my favourites. ❤️🙏
Flow day 25! I loved this practice so much, it’s one of my favorites now! Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💙💙💙
Cultivate Day 18: It was good to return to this practice today. It has given me energy and was so much fun!
Since I'm so early I hope that Adriene will see this. Welcome back!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
HI! I see it! Thank you so much loveeeeee!
Yoga With Adriene OMG... Just got a heart attack. Love you!!!
Namaste 🙏
I like this flow so much.
Thanks for bring me peace, Adrienne.
Hope everyone have a wonderful Monday!
Namaste 🙏
You are so humanizing because you allow yourself to flow naturally with what you want to say while you share your practice with us. Your little mistakes are so comforting and sweet. Thank you for being who you really are, Adriene!
Namaste!
I really enjoy this May 2022 playlist !
Done and feeling restored!
Thank you Adriene mam🙏💕
This practice was invigorating and made sure my love of yoga has not flagged as it was threatening to do! It was so much fun!
Play Day 5 🙏
Side plank was a challenge today & lead me to an early child pose 😌 All good ...
🎶 I'm not a perfect person ... 🎶
what a magical, explorative practice to end day 171 of yoga for me tonight.
Namaste. 🙏🧡
I loved this practice. There’s something so sacred about the first Tadasana! I love how you make us stay in the moment
This was a beautiful practice! XOXO Adriene!!!
Thank you 🥰
This is an amazing practice! For someone who sits all day, working on side stretching feels amazing!
I loved it when Adrienne said the Corpse Pose is the most precious one. After all that workout it sure feels precious!
Thank you so much for this wonderful practice! I woke up feeling awful this morning, but by the end of this practice I feel so much better, inside and out, that I found myself smiling and laughing. Adriene, I’ve been practicing with you for about five years and I’m so grateful to have you in my life!
this was so challenging as i am still sore from the previous days
My puppy trampled all over me today, but when you said, "breathe love in and breathe it out!" I truly was! I've never laughed during interruptions of my practice, so this was a wonderful first! Life gets so much better when we learn to let go and laugh.
Flow Day 17, this time actually 34 days in a row, I miscounted yesterday. I'll definitely need a shower now, this practice was really hard on me. I really struggle with planks, especially side planks so I wasn't able to hold them for more than three seconds, but I'm positive that I will get more graceful as my yoga journey progresses. Anyway, thank you for sharing!
those side planks felt like an eternity! good idea to revisit weekly & see how things change! big loves to everyone practicimg xxx
yuhoo day 5th. im a beginner here just started this July and im starting to feel changes and strength in my body. and the magic to my soul... thanks for this Adriene☺️
See you on the mat!💜🙏
Good morning all! This is a great Monday morning practice to get the body and mind flowing. I've increased my yoga practice a little during this "Stay at Home" order. I share the links to my Facebook page. A few of my friends have started practicing with Adriene now. My daughter in law has been using the practices for my granddaughters school requirements for gym! I hope they continue to do Yoga with Adriene when everything returns to normal :)
I loved feeling my body stretch today ,even in side plank. Restorative and yes, it does make you glad to be alive🙏🏻💚
This morning I woke up defeated by the day. This practice brought me back to life. ❤️ thank you!
Peace 🙏
I wish you peace and comfort in whatever happens
@@myrrh6002 🙏🙏
Thanks for adding this into the series
Good to embrace the FLOW and embrace my own journey (be it good bad neutral)
Namaste to all practising
An excellent practice! I am here for Flow day 17 and I loved this one! Brought some challenge and lots of heat. I will be returning to do it again.
I felt the heat this afternoon! Those side body planks are challenging! Adriene is so encouraging. Namaste.

Haven't missed a single day since the time I discovered your yoga videos. Today, with this practice, it will be my Day 69. :)
That's awesome! Keep it up ;) #yogaeverydamnday
Preeti Baruah that's awesome
Awesome practice, thank you!
Namaste.
I don't know you, but I care if your alive! :) Namaste!
Wonderful challenge ❤

Intention : flow to connect and feel alive
With our hot weather here my juices over flow, I thought I couldn't do the side plank because my mat is slippery of sweat but I did it anyway with a cautious move not to slip and hurt myself, gladly I finished the practice gracefully thank you for Adriene's guidance I did it yehhheeey!
Feel alive today beautiful souls
See you tomorrow
Namaste🙏🏼
I loved this flow! Whenever it comes to side plank I always seem to mentally give up before I try. It’s something that has always been really hard for me. Today I tried it with an open mind and was able to hold it for about 20-30 seconds or so! Modified of course but still feeling really good it!!❤
I've been YWA daily for just over 100 days straight and today was the first time I was able to hold a side plank for a few seconds and feel strong doing it.
A challenge! Felt terrific.
