  • We had an incredible time filming the new JOB 1 and BIKE 1 Super Blocks with Jennifer Jacobs and are so excited to share our overview of the program with you!
    Our Super Blocks focus on 3 weeks of progressive exercise with a 4th week of functional recovery so we allow our bodies to rest, maximize our workouts and get ready for our next block!
    These blocks are for all fitness levels. There are on screen modifiers and you'll see us, along with other cast members, also doing the program alongside you.
    We will be hosting a private virtual group for these blocks in June. The workouts are 5 days a week, 20 minute workouts and YES, you will see results! You'll also receive our lifestyle nutrition plans making things simple!
