Have you thought about making a catio (cat patio)? You can make a little outdoor enclosed space so they still get to enjoy feeling outside but it’s safe!

Oh Tabs, I’m so sorry to hear above Dave.
Sending you all the love and a biggggg squeezy (Covid safe) hug. I had a bad feeling that something had happened as you’d been so quiet lately.
You take care and thanks for the video.
    X

But sometimes relapse can be sparked by external stress/trauma, not just energy defecit so how is that explained in relation to migration theory?

The trauma is a contributing factor, which causes the energy deficit - she has a video about this

How to know how much to eat after recovery without any restrictions or compensation? I've gained weight and feel pretty well recovered yet I have kind of a hard time knowing what portions/meal structure suits me. its drastically different each day...

the right portions/ meal structure u should eat everyday is whatever you want to eat that day. simple as that. there are no portions or specific amounts of food set to eat. that is the whole point of no restrictions, until you understand this and can do that u will never be fully recovered. ur body knows how much to eat and will tell you through physical and mental hunger. listen to it, and ur good. want to eat something, then eat it, ur body is telling u that h are hungry
