The kids crying at the end when Joe left was so meaningful. This show always makes me think of Mary Poppins but the ending of this episode especially. Mary Poppins leaves when they wind changes and so did Super Nanny when the family was healed again🥰🥺
I totally forgot about Mary Poppins! And I have 3 daughter's. I bet they would love it! And now that you mention it, that's exactly who she reminds me of. Beautiful analogy.
I wouldn't necessarily call these kids brats. from the way they behaved at their great-grandparents house it's obvious that they know how to respect their elders. the mother just had to learn to stand on her own two feet because her grandparents are not going to be around forever
Those are one of the smartest and most creative children that I've seen in this show. The creative side is obvious (the poem, the puzzles, the songs) , but being so smart to recognize some adult stuff (like out to handle out discipline to someone who did something wrong, even if it was their own brother, that part was hilarious) , being so emotionally mature and understanding. Plus, they all have their heart on the right place. Great family, no wonder they got so emotional ♥️
What kid has emotional control? These kids are out of control because the parent lets them control the situation. I know because I knew my moms breaking point. Emotionally maturity comes with age, discipline, experiences
Chapman family’s teenage daughters who had called for Supernanny help were other ones who were upset and cried at end! My heart and sympathy went out towards Brittany Marie who was 17 years old and Moira who was 14 years old because they had horrible childhood being full time of 24/7 parenting figures that was pushed onto them when comes to their three much younger brothers and extremely unreasonable length of chores everyday. Their parents had fully checkout on their children and they had made their older daughters pretty much be their slaves that led to girls failing in their online school education classes. Brittany Marie was so stress and tired to point of passing out and going to hospital. This family was definitely one of top sad and worse families with horrible parents on Supernanny.
This has to be the sweetest episode of Supernanny. I'm a southerner myself, and I love the children's accents! They were so sweet at the end saying goodbye to Jo.
My mum hated Supernanny. As an adult I understand that it’s because she couldn’t handle her parenting ability being called into question. (Trust me supernanny would have had lots to say) So perhaps it’s people in denial, it’s easier to feel displeasure with others than our own actions
These kids broke me I swear! So deep! Intelligent! The way those kids desperately tried to jump in and save mom from the kid that was threatening to unhinge the whole process was absolutely astounding. You can see how badly they wanted to help and help her be ok so they all stayed happy. Amazing family. Absolutely beautiful.

I think that was lovely when she said to the kids about keeping in touch. The kids are basically good and the whole family is loving. All the best to them in future
First time that I can remember seeing all the kids crying with grief when Jo was leaving for the last time. I think Kelsey even said she wanted to go with Jo? Really got to me. 😥
I did many things wrong, but in my 16 hour work day, I took 1 hour each day just to talk to my children, and then I cooked, cleaned, washed and ironed. And I cherish that single hour I had with them more than anything... They are pretty descent adults now, actually, amazing! Better than I ever could be. I am kinda jealous 🤩
My son is the first teenager I've ever met who played at his laptop at the table rather than hiding in his room. No, anyone that says that you shouldn't be your kids bff is wrong. In fact, you should be your kids best friend and ally. No, hell if you can treat your friends any way you like and get away with it. EVERY friendship has boundaries, something those idiots clearly don't understand.

It’s the “little girl telling Jo that her mom cries when they fight and she doesn’t like it, but she continues to do it anyway” for me
They have to be taught how to get along.
Also don’t most people have things that they feel guilty about, but continue to do anyway?
