Out of all the super nanny videos, this Dad impresses me the most in how much he's willing to change and embrace what his kids need from him. And the kids impress me too, with their responses to him changing. Absolutely hands-down my favorite episode.
I love this whole Supernanny flying to Alaska to rescue. These poor kids have been abandoned by their mom. And to see the growth in the father and the family. Just brilliant.
I cried so hard when he was telling his daughter that he would always be there. The look in her face was priceless! Bless this man, he is stronger then most. I wish you guys ALL the happiness in the world!❤
I applaud this father for everything he has done for his children but also for what he has accomplished within himself This episode has really made me very emotional
❤ I was extremely emotional at the entire episode as well. I am so proud of how far he grew! I'd love to know how the family is doing today. I'd also love to know if Brian stayed in contact with Jo when he was feeling overwhelmed. Or, if the Super Nanny team was there for him.
It was wonderful to see how well Brian responded to Supernanny's help. His kids were actually nice kids at heart, and the whole family was transformed. Kudos and gold stars to the whole clan! Great job!
I could tell that they all definitely love each other very much, but they are all SO frustrated and SO broken up by the divorce. They just don’t know how to act.
How lovely to see that reconstruct, and the family is now getting to be functional again Great job Dear Super Nanny Joe, Thank you. Great job by Dad to follow instructions from Super Jo God Bless them all to be ever successful, as the lovely kids are coming on board
Whomever organized this caught Brien just in time & pulled that sweet man out of depression. He had what it took just needed support & encouragement. Tears came with The Dad & daughter bracelet.scene. And how heart warming was the neighborhood gathering?!
I think Brian is THE MOST caring, involved, desperate parent I’ve ever seen on this show. He is so in need of support, he really wants to support his kids, but he has no clue how to. He’s spread so thin.
Honestly I can tell that the dad truely cares about his children. It’s really heartwarming to see both the children and the parent getting along with each other. I wish the father and the children good luck in the future ❤.
Dad working with his kids and really trying to get into their world, and watching those kids get so excited about giving him his room back, was so poetic. That room represented his mental and emotional state, and when he put his mental and emotional state into those kids, those kids gave him back the mental and emotional health they ALL have been craving. It's so beautiful.
Man, when Brian said that about his kids being worth it and then followed by saying "I'm worth it" I cried! He's obviously struggling and at his wits end. ☹️
I personally love this episode. It had me crying from the beginning. Proud of the father and how much his accomplished with his children in that short period of time. And to all the single parents, keep doing all those wonderful things you do with your children.
The confrontation with Ellie that made dad cry made me cry. I understand somewhat the tears. This father was ready to change and he came through marvelously.
@@pianoreignsYou are right! The majority of single parents' homes 80% are run by single mothers, and they raise and take care of their children 24/7 for ever! And even with less salary from work, no monetary help from the fathers, and people don't see that. 😮
Jo does'nt just help with parenting, she helps families heal, or begin to. When parents heal, they can fully help young children, so they don't take out what hurt them on children
There's no question that this dad adores his children. The guy is trying so hard to do what's right, and he's struggling. I truly hope this family is doing well.
This video helped me to see how my own divorced Dad would have benefited from more professional parenting advice during our 1960s-70s childhood. He was also outnumbered and struggled to build an emotional connection and respectful relationship with us.
