    I used to wake up 4-5 times a night to use the bath but a month ago all that stopped I now wake up once or never and i didn’t know which supplement was responsible- i increased my vitamin d levels I and also started taking vit c recently but have always been on magnesium supplements- so the combination of the 3 did the trick for me.
