Can you please explain more in the common mistake when he did too much drive catch? Does it mean he is over setting past half man. Or not catching properly on back foot?
Rick Chavez He switched his attention to trying to hit the ball really hard. That’s not what you want the athlete to focus on. The attention needs to be on the movement. The ball shouldn’t even be their concern, it’s just a point of reference for the coach.

OLP Team...Can you direct me to your video that explains the 'catch' portion. I clearly understand the Pinciple of Movement Drive-Catch but the term 'catch' is throwing me off. You are not Catching the defender so catch must define a final movement or body position. Thanks.
