i appreciate the comments you make of accepting where you are today and not rushing a pose, everytime you say something similar as that in a video i swear my breathing gets deeper and i can widen my stretch even more so than before. im intensely tight in the hips so it can get a bit frustrating to do various poses in vinyasa yoga, but i accept that and continue to work on it. loved this video! the long vinyasa flow videos are always a fav! xoxo

Another great yoga session! Love the guidance of where you should feel the stretches, and where you should be aligned. It is a big help and tweaking/correcting alignment in mid-pose ALWAYS makes a pose easier. Thanks! :} 🙌🏽🙏🏽💁🏽

This was a nice flow! You breathing was no problem, actually it was kind of interesting, sounded like the ocean waves :D Reminding us to take deep yoga breaths. Thank you!
Fire Log or Double Pigeon is my nemesis, but we've come to the understanding that I need support of a block or pillow.. then we can happily agree to disagree on what my right hip feels... I think "uncomfortable unnecessary feeling".. the pose thinks "this is brilliant the stuff we are moving from this congested spot". I will continue to discuss this pose with my hips... for equanimous harmony.
