This and the MAPEX METALLION BRASS snares, are fabulous..The pick of the current BLACK PANTHER range..
The mid tuning has more character than I was expecting. Love the low tuning and that’s the sound I expect from copper but was pleasantly surprised by the higher tunings
How much overtone is there to deal with?
Just tried this snare over the weekend and there isn't much overtone. This snare is actually killer in person!
