It's videos like these I have been looking for forever! The first time I played Metal Gear Solid, I stood up and said: 'THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER!' And when I saw my first episode of My Little Pony I stood up and: 'THIS IS THE BEST SHOW EVER!' But when you combined the two together I stood up and said: 'YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON EVAH!' Anyone who disliked needs to be about 20% cooler.
I think people like it, because they like both friendship is magic and metal gear. I am one of them, and I gotta say that the life bar, soliton radar, and alert display that replaces the radar were very nice touches. I also enjoyed the sound effects from the playstion 1 version of Metal Gear Solid as well. I also like how you managed to make the life bar reflect the damage done to Rainbow.
Actually the alert music is from MGS1 on PlayStation 1, but the version used in Brawl is just a remix of this. In other words you are kinda right. Also the same theme has different remix from the one in Brawl used in MGS4, but due to spoilers I can't say when it is used.
0:30 I just realized where she's walking there and on the mini-map aren't really correct. Animation: Camera on her left side, bed to her right. Mini-map: Beds to her left side wall on her right? Nevertheless, this is really clever made. Well done.
Yeah, I played Metal Gear on the NES. Was the first game that had a frustratingly difficult very beginning. My skills just sucked, so I am grateful for the learning experience. Only an hour or so of cursing and it started being fun. Gonna look for some nice remixes now.
Although I'm glad you brought up that point, I'm sure they had more staff that stayed behind at the hospital. Or who knows, maybe no one is and that's how Screwloose left and chased Dash with the guards and doctors.

The episode starts with dash injuring her wing. You should watch is as a whole. It makes more sense that way. Besides, you'll get to see the more epic parts that way ;)
No, no.... in this episode, her wing was injured pretty badly. During the chase scene, it still had some soreness, so she really couldn't use it. We wouldn't have gotten this chase scene if it weren't though, that's for sure! :D Awesome job, Unintellegent! :D

Ye gods! I tried it, and it took me a few seconds to flip back and start the visuals, and the thing somehow fitted perfectly, with the phrases matching up to the visual 'beats'.
In this episode, Dashie had a flying accident and her wing was injured. She was in the hospital and got hooked on reading a book, but was released before she could finish it. That's why she was sneaking back into the hospital: to steal the book so she could finish reading it. She couldn't fly because her wing wasn't 100% healed.
I find it hilarious that if all four hearts were upright, the nurses' cutie marks would look just about exactly like the Level 4 Survival Specialist patch from the PS2 Syphon Filter games.
