    Hi. I practised all the asanas shown by you throughout my pregnancy so I never had any physical complaints like swelling of feet or constipation or back pain. I had normal delivery. Thanks. Would love to see video on postpartum exercises after normal delivery.

      Depression won't go by Kapalbhati only. Healthy Interaction with someone other than family with definitely change mind. Kapalbhati can be done after 6 months safely

      Anulom vilom is the safest Pranayama you can start after one week from delivery... just make sure back is straight. can be done on bed on chair too
