Hi, when charging the transmitter, the led light flashes RED. It stills charges the battery (according to the receiver when plugged in) but, the manual mentions that flashing LED (amber) means a battery error (heat or damaged). Left it charging more than 2hrs and kept on flashing. Any info would help pls. Manual mentions there are only 3 modes of led lights or colors when charging, GREEN, full charged / Red: charging and Amber flashing, error. Thank you
When this happens, you should perform a factory reset to fix the problem. Here's a step-by-step: service.shure.com/s/article/GLXD1-LED-Blinking-Red-While-Charging?language=en_US

Off the power brick. Am i able to run 9v 100ma on it? I have joyo rechargeable power supply. It has 9v 100ma and 9v 500ma. Plus it has a switch in on plug in for 9v, 12v and 18v thats 100ma. Which one would be best to use? I was assuming i could use 9v 100ma or 12v 100ma.
Hi I have the same power supply as yours d.ont use it on this receiver it hums on any of the inputs on mine just plug it in to joho without amp and you will here the hum
Can I link my Glxd1 transmitter to this? I have the first one that still works. But if I get this receiver alone I was wondering if i could just link the one I already have to this?
My bodypack will not link with the receiver- continues green blinking. Tried resetting with transmitter button. Also cord on bodypack will not tighten-the barrel spins on the jack but will not tighten.
Hi! The GLXD6+ can operate with the supplied power supply or with standard 9V-15V pedalboard power supplies with 400mA to power GLXD6+. You can learn more here service.shure.com/s/article/GLXD6-power-switch?language=en_US or reach out to our team at shu.re/contact for more info.
Press and hold the transmitter link button while turning on the transmitter until power LED turns off. This will reset the device and you will need to link it back up.

Hi! GLX-D+ Dual Band transmitters and receivers are not compatible with previous GLX-D or GLX-D Advanced Wireless.
