Sweet fish man! Back in the '70s we caught chinook that size all day up in Door County. Then we'd snorkel for crawfish bass bait and see Kings the size of your leg checking on us.
Catching them from the pier wall is a lot of fun. Trying to find the spot that has a red light tower on one side and a green one on the other. Know which place that is?
Thanks for continuing to make great videos. Caught a late season female last night at that same spot. Picked up a longer net and couple of 7/8 oz Livingston cranks at Park Bait yesterday morning and made it happen at around 5:50PM in the eveneing. A tourist netted the fish. Now I have eggs for steelhead. Tight lines. Thanks again.
was just in chicago for a few days, didn't get to fish much but i appreciated your tips and advice from your videos! caught nothing but at least i didn't feel too clueless lol
This year the salmon run started early. I started the first week of September until the first week of October. You can still catch them now but they are starting to rot out.

@@Jesus312Fishing thank you so much 💓
What a fish man
Yes it was. Thanks
Hey where is that exact spot?
Nice fish Jesus love your vids brother. When does salmon season end? are you still targeting them?
This year the salmon run started early. I started the first week of September until the first week of October. You can still catch them now but they are starting to rot out.
Yo you got any tips for fishing in the fall on Lake Michigan I can never catch anything in the fall
What set up have you been using? Rod, line test and lures?
I’ll be going there this weekend wondering when’s a good time to go fishing ? I’m not from the area
Break of dawn. But right now is the end of salmon season and with the colder weather you might catch a coho or trout. Good luck
Thank you any tips on lures I should use
I’ve been catching a few of salmon this year with holes in them but all the way through it is that from lamprey and is the meat still okay to eat?
The holes are from lampreys for sure. Not really sure it makes it unsafe to eat.
Lampreys are edible so I dont think it would make them unsafe to eat.Queen Elizabeth use to eat Lamprey pies.
Delicious, smoked
Great fish Jesus! Did you keep it? Even I caught one this year
You did? Nice. I gave it away.
Is there free parking there?
No
Nice Fish Jesus! Was this today?
Thanks! It was a few weeks ago.
Nice!
I’m always there and never catch anything
What's your setup and what are you casting?
@@Jesus312Fishing I usually toss spoons
Time of day could make a difference, and type of line you use could make a visibility difference.
@@jtnguyen8105 try casting some cranks. But try different depth cranks.
That guy was kinda annoying
that dude think you dont know how to fish and trying to teach you how to fish i hate people like that
Do you have a cooler or storage to put him to take him home?
No I don't.
What knot do you use for your flouro to braid?
