The emotion on Michonne’s face when she realizes that it’s Carl and Rick inside of the house Like the way she was smiling with her whole face while also being on the verge of just bursting out crying Yeah still makes me emotional every time I watch it.

The look/feel Michonne gets from looking at the one Walker that looked like her she explained on the Talking Dead She sees that she is not being seen and was feeling like she was one of them like she was when we first meet her Also the two new Walker pets were the Governors men FYI: Chandler Riggs did eat that whole can of pudding He said on The Talking Dead that he is done with pudding for a while This is why it is important for when you get caught up to watch the Talking Dead after each episode.
Fun Fact: the scene where Michonne takes out the small herd was improvised She was only supposed to take out a few because that’s what they had for the budget of the episode but the director never said cut so Danai (Michonne) Just kept going and unchoreographly took them all out It was so good that they kept it in
Also Danai Gurira (Michonne) had admitted that she keeps swords in the trunk of her car and it freaks people out when she gets her car cleaned lol.

Rick is still in pain and can barely stand because of his fight with The Governor and when he was in the bathroom taking his shirt off he was examining the bruises on his torso rib and chest area hence why he’s wheezing and that scene when those 3 walkers are on top of Carl is a callback to Season 2 Episode 10 when Rick had 3 walkers on him.

Carl is still just a kid, and in his eyes his father decided to play “farmer” instead of worrying about the danger of the governor still being out there. He’s dealing with a lot of grief and is just looking for something logical to blame all this tragedy on. Just my opinion💯

Comic Comparisons : The arc where Rick talks to Lori over the phone actually happens at this point in the comics after the prison battle because Lori’s death happens later in the comics than in the show Rick actually carries the phone with him.
Yeah that's a really good story arc in the comics, I like that Rick talked to the phone for a whole chapter and they stayed there for weeks because of that and they didn't let you know it was all in Rick's head until the end
The two guys in her nightmare were her boyfriend and his friend. They were the two she made walkers out of and chained them togeather when Michonne first appeared in the series. You'll find out why on the next episodes.

Mike and his friend are the walkers that were with Michonne when we first saw her save Andrea. She had to killed them when they ran into the Governor. Mike's friend wanted to leave the camp they were in but Mike wanted to stay because he didn't wanted to stay safe in the camp for his their son. Mike and his friend did something that put the safety of the boy's life at risk. This pissed Michonne off so she made them her walkers.

Carl wanted to blame Rick for the prison fall. He blames Rick for wanting to teach him to farm and survive instead of getting the Governor and revenge. But we saw Michonne kept looking and they couldn't predict he would attack. Carl was a dick but needed this to realize he still needs his dad to survive

Michonne lost it because she saw herself in the lady in the woods. That that happened to her boyfriend and that could have been her. It's a juxtaposition because she lost her family and she is finding that family connection with Rick and Carl. She doesn't want to be alone anymore; the replacement of her family being Rick and Carl is not insignificant. Her losing her son is also why, we see at the prison, her holding Judith away from her, not wanting to touch her, or feel anything or be moved by her until she just couldn't take it, and cried. Carl is angry because he sees how his Dad failed, failed a lot of people and possibly rightfully so called him out.
Sassy carl was the funniest thing ever, especially after everything that went down😭😭
All I seen in this episode was "Carl Poppa"😂😂 You guys have to watch BLR (Bad Lip Reading ). Not sure when you can watch it without anything being spoiled, but definitely make a note of it😂😂

Like I said this season and a half is my favorite period of the show after season 1. They aren’t the best episodes but they’re different.
Like we did back then, I thought yall would get a chuckle out of Rick saying "its for you" to Carl when Michonne knocked at the door. A little disappointed cause I was waiting for it.🤪

I had two ‘what the h***’ moments, one was why Carl did not just sneak up behind the Walkers on the porch, use one hand to hold one against the house while putting a knife in the head of the other then take out the other one instead of the way he did it, second why, (if Carl is all that and can take care of himself), he did not knock on the door to the next level and wait to hear if there were any Walkers behind it as he was taught, instead of just opening it since it opened outward, 😏
As for the female Walker with dreads, I think Michonne could see she was losing herself and that Walker resembled where she was headed again and that brought her back to not wanting to die and wanting to find her ‘family’, loved seeing her face when she finds them, 👍😀
