I remember back in 2016 when this episode aired and i saw it on tv without having watched any other episode of this show. I immediately began season one and it was a wrap from there. This is the episode that put me down this Walking Dead rabbit hole i find myself in today. Easily one of the best eps.
The fight for Alexandria proved how strong the group really can be when it comes down to protecting there family! & that gets stronger and stronger each season so when it came to big fights like with the saviors I knew in the end the group would take the win one way or another even though I knew some would die. They come back stronger everytime, and they still fight for what’s right when it comes to people even if those people aren’t from their group.
I don't mind AJ's different perception on things but it really annoys me when he gets all riled up when he is completely wrong. Elias DID many times say he wasn't going to judge Gabriel just yet and that he was waiting for a redemption arc... maybe not those exact words but I REMEMBER because AJ and Prophet were not on board and I couldn't wait for his arc so you two could see that Elias was right. Also, YES those words resonating in Sam's head were Carol's words and Carol's voice. When Sam was out amongst the walkers and that voice came back into his head he realized he was in the midst of his biggest fear and YES it was because of what Carol said to him that made him freeze up like that. And yes, the wolf DID change, not because of Morgan but because of Denise.
No lieee. Especially when he cant admit that he was wrong but its kinda expected imo.. he didnt even honor the bet he made with prophet so i dont dwell on what he says or thinks. He changes his mind in seconds when he wants 😂😂 No hate tho. I just dont agree with alot of what AJ says
I don't know what you guys are watching, AJ is right 99% of the time! lol if the zombie apocalypse did happen, out of these 3 guys, AJ is living the longest!
How you gonna blame carol n not her mother for preparing her son for this world instead allowed him to sit alone in his fear and not try to teach him anything about how to deal with it n adapt to this world
@@nathansosa4261 Nah bruh, that kid was nowhere near that scared until Carol was in his ear talking about him getting eaten. It's definitely Carol's fault that his fears overwhelmed him.
Carl getting shot was the most shocking moment. I used to have a picture of me when it happened my friend took. I had both hands over my mouth and I was damn near falling off the couch😂
Ok guys I'll say it again, Carol is our groups protector, she scared the kid to protect their group. It's his mom's fault, u saw how she ignored him when he had dark circles under his eyes, just closed him in his room, told him to pretend to be brave. That mom was not a good mom! She didn't teach the kid rite. She didn't even go prepare him for wearing guts, he just opened the door and they were all covered already. Yes he heard Carol's voice because he had become nuts due to his mom's lack of parenting. He was off the deep end before they went outside
I agree, I couldn't believe he didn't even understand what the walkers were. He asked Carol if you become one by killing... he was so confused. People often say 'Awe, what a good mom' because she left those cookies at his door.... it is so annoying because a good mom would have went in the room with the cookies and tried to help him process everything going on. She was so absent from him, it was just so sad.
Great reactions AJ Prophet And Gori I tear up every time when Rick tells Carl at the end how he hasn’t felt this feeling since the hospital it’s like Rick struggles to even describe the feeling because hope ceased to exist until just then.
This kid and majority of the people living in Alexandria were not prepared at all. Caroll’s words didn’t help for sure but this kid should have gone to the church with Judith.
The episode made sure to flashback carol saying that to the kid implying he remembered what carol said. But still, its not like he wasnt gonna be scared anyways.
you guys may have missed it but Sam was afraid surrounded by walkers but it wasnt until he saw the little Kid walker and at that moment he panicked big time and couldnt remain calm, my fav episode cant wait til yall meet Negan hes the Goat
One of the best episodes! I cried in the scene where Maggie screamed because Glenn was about to die, but I love the little trio Glenn, Maggie, and Enid form after. Daryl blowing those guys up on the other hand - hilarious. It was such a switch in tone from them talking about how they usually kill people on sight to just exploding without a word. And father Gabriel comes a long way just in that scene alone, I always felt really bad for him because his actor is so good at portraying fear and remorse. This entire episode was just one thing after another and I was worried about EVERYONE
No sympathy wanted, but I got bad news from hospital today. I just want to say your videos are so entertaining, and I love watching you guys have fun and have disagreements. It really shows how humble and human you all are. Thanks Nomads!
The main guy (Chris Berry) is a friend of mine and I knew he was on the show, but of course, he couldn't tell us anything about his role.... We were texting when the episode finally aired. I laughed my head off when they blew his head off. hahaha... But I was sad he ended up being in only one scene.
yes that's Carol's fault :) that kid (Sam) was completely normal, he trusted her. He needed an adult friend, not some machiavelian threats. Carol got him dead..
So it carols fault for not being there for a child that’s not her while the mother is letting her child sit in a room alone with nothing but fear on his mind ever since the wolf attack n a mother that didn’t even try to prepare her child to walk out with guts all over them into a group of walker. What you want carol to save the group a 100 times n be a mother to every child it’s not carol fault
@@KamandaHickey yeah I guess I don’t know what she should’ve said there instead because she did it so the group didn’t get kicked out of Alexandria so she just did it to protect her people
Hi guys! Man Prophet's eyes got so big when he saw Carl's shot eye! That kid was going to kill Rick but Carl took his gun, so when the gun was dropped he saw the opportunity. What I hate is see how they can fight but they didn't fight to save that family, they kicked in fighting mode for Carl only, when we all know Rick could have saved them. It was just werd seeing him stand there.

OMG! Great reaction and episode. Young boy (can't even remember his name) always was going to try to kill Rick. He refused to see his father as the monster he was! He thought Carl was trying to steal his girl. He had a Grimes issue!!! Rest in Hades kid!!! 😡
Don’t get aj sometimes 😂 the whole reason he froze up was because of what carol said and it was around him. They even replayed what carol said just before he died in to show what she said fucked him up😂
Good reaction guy's, a bit less arguing made it a better watch. I agree, an INSANE episode with lots going on. Jessie's son Sam was hearing Carol's voice about being killed by the walkers and as he spots the boy walker he starts to panic and stops dead in his tracks and starts whining, whimpering and talking to his mum and won't move, that's what made those walkers notice him, then Jessie his mother went into shock. Ron picked up his mum's dropped gun and clearly aims it at Rick and has the drop on him, but before he even pulls the trigger Queen Michonne thrusts her sword through his chest causing his arm holding that gun to swing in the direction of Carl and it goes off, then that scene of horror on Rick and Michonne's face as they see Carl's face with blood dripping from his eye and he collapses. Your faces guys were like 😱😨😦 you should have seen yourselves, you were proper SHOCKED, just like we all were. Elias did actually say many episodes back when you guys were hating on Fth.
