I myself didn't pay as much attention to my stickers when I first started. I read different stuff that said it needed to be one way or another, or a certain thickness, but really it all depends on your own needs in the end. But what IS most important, is that your stickers all be consistently sized. I would say all the same size in a given row or bundle, but realistically, you shouldn't have various thickness of stickers mixed up, because it's sure to lead to a problem later. I had some different thickness for a while, and I've been steadily throwing away everything except the 3/4" thick. I've settled on all being 3/4" thick. Now in this video I said I was standardizing on 3/4x1.5 ("1x2"), but actually now I'm going to all 3/4x3/4. When I saw them on my sawmill I do end up with some 3/4x1.5 still, and I get a few 1.5x1.5. I find ways to use these up, but mostly I have 3/4x3/4. If I'm sticking bundles for customers that is going out and not coming back, I try to use up the ones I don't want.
