Hello. So the fuel pump, the plunger pairs were changed, and the valves. It does not start well on cold weather and does not work smoothly. After warming up, the work becomes smooth. How to solve the problem?
still working on tractor loosing power when it heats up, took apart injector pump, no broken springs did have one sticky injector pin i polished it down so it was real smooth, put it together seemed to have a little more power, but still having same problem with it loosing power, it seems to be okay if i keep the rpms constant but as soon as i reach certain point lowering throttle makes it bog down and it just doesnt get anymore power or higher rpms, could this be affected by a governor, is there any way to tune each injector line?
@@tractorsmarinemechanic which plunger are you refering too? looked at some manual it states that to set the injector timing you add the shims under injector pump, currently cylinder1 injector line gives one big squirt and other 3 lines have medium fuel same as before cleaning and rebuilding pump
Just remove the radiator hose at the top of your cylinder and you can see the thermostat from the cylinder which connect the radiator hose.thank you for watching please subscribe for more videos I uploaded.thank you again.
@@tractorsmarinemechanic thank you very much. It was so simple) I have been using the kubot d1005 engine for only 2 months and so now I am learning it. I subscribed to you because your videos sir are very instructive thank you for your work.
