I was going to message you this week to find out if you were ok as you hadn't posted in ages and we really missed your videos. Nice to see you again.

I loved seeing this! I live in the US, but did the Coast to Coast in September/October. The finale of my trip, right before flying home, was an eight-mile loop from Burbage Bridge with a friend from Sheffield that included Higger Tor, Surprise View, that beautiful wood, and Padley Gorge - it was a joy to see some of these places on your video and relive my own walk. Now, to find your Lake District videos!
    Thanks so much for this!

Alex, so good to see you posting videos again. See how you have been missed! I think I have said before, that you do more good than you know - you inspire so many people to get out there, which is the perfect antidote to many modern stresses. Agree with you that Stanage Edge is brilliant, I was up there some years ago. Last Saturday I did a Rushup Edge, Edale, Mam Tor circular in the pouring rain and mist. This Saturday hoping to do Mam Tor, Great Ridge, Hope, Castleton and back to the NT car park below Mam Tor and the forecast is sun! Weird weather we have in these parts! Please let us know about any charity events you might do, I am sure you will get support. Thanks once again for all the videos! 😀 - PS Just found the West Highland Way event!

Good to see you back Alex. I did your Trinacles - Alphin Pike route above Dovestone reservoir recently. Lovely walk so thanks for your video that inspired me up there.

Good to see you back Alex and on trais I know well. I came down off Stanage ro Hathersage the way you went up last time and it was WET, slip-sliding all the way down.

Great to have you back on UA-cam Alex. Absolutely cracking Autumn weather you had and in such a great area too. Stanage is definitely one of if not my favourite gritstone edge, for the views definitely but also there are so many relatively safe free climbing opportunities along it that are a lot of fun - and some nice hidden caves below the edge that are a lot less frequented than Robin Hoods cave! Great video, great to see you out there. Let’s hope you get the opportunity to do another snow video this coming winter, just watched one of yours again. Epic!

Thank you so much Greg! Couldn’t have asked for a better day and can’t quite believe I was wearing shorts and t shirt only a month or so ago. Currently sat at -3 outside up in the Peaks 🥶 not much snow forecast just yet but I’m sure we’ll get some soon! 🤞 hope you’re doing well and thanks for the kind words as always 😊👍

hurrah you're back!! :) (clearly you've been missed judging by the comments). Glad you managed to take some time out for you though, that really is important even if you do enjoy doing these videos. Really beautiful route and you had great weather for it (despite being a tad windy). I now follow you on Strava (didn't realise you ran as well so i've found you and followed to see where else you go). If you're local, have you ever done the Hathersage Hurtle run? It looks great fun. Gutted I can't make next years date but maybe one day...

Thank you so much, that’s very kind of you! Only run when I’m not injured which is very rarely 😂 I haven’t done the Hathersage hurtle but it’s high on my list for next year! 😊
