- This crazy store front is now someones full-time residence in New York City. Its now a place where many things happen all at the same time. Best of all, you can live here whenever you want because some of the rooms are on airbnb:

As an artist I can say this place is a dream! Live/work space is the ultimate goal.
This guy is an incredible entrepreneur and artist. Very cool.
That was a fun tour and Andrey's place is very interesting! Would love to see more quirky/hidden short term rental places like this!
A
Me too!

As someone who was born and raised in Bushwick, I got family who lives there so I been to various apartment complexes but this is by far the most beautiful place I ever seen in Bushwick. His art works just works with the neighborhood and his art!!! Wow! Nice content guys!
I couldn’t agree more
I love how unapologetically you film in public. When the lady at that waxing place asked what you were doing, I would have actually died on the spot if it had been me. 😂 This is a great apartment! 🤩
That’s a happy ending spot
@@princebealalthe3rd732 i thought only asian masages did that
So crazy & cool, I love it. What a great guy Andrey is, love his artwork. Thanks guys.
Nostalgia, my grandparents lived in back of their storefront biz!
That was common in old NYC. A friend of mine’s family came to NYC from the Ukraine in the 1910s and opened an egg store on the lower east side. Their living quarters were on the second floor.
(CLAP!) (CLAP!) (CLAP!) (CLAP!) (CLAP!!!) [standing ovation!) I LOVE IT when you feature these small businesses and creative people, Cash! I would never stay there--but that's just me. However, I will (and if the price is right) commission a project for a customized shower curtain and/or wallpaper. HEY! Is it a possibility that Andrey can design new merch for you, Cash? I need to add to the T-Shirt of yours that I already have. VERY enjoyable video today! SUPPORT THE ARTS, everyone!
Thanks for watching!
I'd stay there! In fact I'm planning a trip to NYC and may make this my overnight accommodation! Thanks Cash!

Hi Cash and to your friend wow it’s nice to see a store converted to a living place. It must be affordable apt. Great tour in beautiful Brooklyn, NY. Stay well and safe 👍
Good morning Cash 👋! I used to live in Bushwick and my, has it chsnged! Andrey's artwork is funky, quirky and hip. Great tour. Thanks!
It is nice to see the live/work occupancy still exists in some buildings. Many landlords erroneously changed all theirs in residential buildings to commercial only. Some still have the basement as well, which I am certain he does, if checks into it to get the key. It may be unfinished, but he looks enterprising. Great job.
Cash, Thank you for taking us out to Bushwick today. What a great adventure. What a smart idea too. I will have to get one of his excellent T-shirts. Love his artwork. Keep going! You make us all Love NYC even more.☮️👏👏👏👏👏
Love this video ! Cash, please create more interesting slice of NY life content with unique people and locations.
We're sooooooooooo spoiled with content on this channel 💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥. MOST CONSISTENT UA-camR 💯💯💯💯
Honestly the coolest most chill place you've shown, i love the vibe/atmosphere he has going on! ❤
I am 76. I grew up in Jersey City. When I was a child we had a Gypsy family that lived in a store front! It worked out great for them! Of course it was a multi generational family so there were a few members of the family all in that storefront!
A unique clip. I love it. Please do more like it.
Congratulations on your store. I love it. Wish you the best.
I grew up on knickerbocker and Troutman tons of history in the area. When my family came from Italy they settled in Bushwick in the 1920's. Great video
He's a great artist.ove his independent spirit.. A cool free one.. I could never live there though. I totally respect him...
I've seen a few people do this in different cities. Pretty cool.
I like the “Where’s Waldo” style of mural of this guys neighborhood! Nostalgia incorporated into cartographical scene is unique!!!
I live in Jersey and I would definitely love to stay here for a weekend this place is amazing 😊❤
I watch every day (from New Zealand) - I liked this one. It was different from the usual and was delightfully quirky with a really nice host. Good on ya, Cash!
Love this shout-out for a cool dude! Much success to you🎉
i would never be able to live like that so I give him Kudos for doing what he does.
I'm impressed by how Cash Jordan barrels into every and any situation. It's heroic. He just commandeers the place and the people and it all becomes his, immediately.. haha
Hi from Perth Australia! That was so interesting! Thanks Andrey for the tour :)
This place is beyond cool...He is so creative. I think when I go to NY I’m going to check that place out and see if I can get one of those cool pillows!
I’m obsessed with this concept!! Keeping this so we can stay there when we eventually make our way out there!
My wife and I have taken to staying at AirBNB's when we're traveling rather than hotels, in most cases. Often they are *cheaper* , and almost always you get way more in terms of amenities than any hotel offers - especially in similar price points. This guy is hustling for all he is worth, and while each individual endeavor may not make enough to live on, all of them combined probably gets him by in as much comfort as he _wants_ . If we ever visited NYC, we'd definitely look up his place...
love it finally a videoo thats not clickbait!
Nice video of you hanging out and interviewing Andrey. Respect for keeping so many hustles going at the same time.
Love the artwork, quirky store, and chill artist. Fun video.
Tbis is the kind of innovation I'm talkin about!!! With a creative mind you can hang your hat just about anywhere! I could be a guest for a few nights to photograph and eat my way through the neighborhood. Great place to crash to get over the jet lag, noise cancelling headphones, and a melatonin and you're good to go!
Regarding the Daewoo microwave, they are/were a Korean company, I think the electronics division (responsible for the microwave) isn't the only branch still making stuff. I used to work for the last official Daewoo car dealer in the US- we actually focused on used luxury cars but kept one "new" Daewoo in inventory in order to keep getting paid to service whatever Daewoo cars were out there.
Daewoo also makes TV’s. My husband and I had one when we were newlyweds about 30 years ago. It was so bad, we still laugh about it today.
I owned a Daewoo car. It actually was a Pontiac LeMans made by Daewoo. It was terrible.
Have a nice day Cash! 😊
That is the strangest, most fun place I think I've ever seen! A real one-of-a-kind! Great video!
So nice seeing this place especially in my old neighborhood. I have early life memories of me in a baby swing being pushed by my grandmother in that park. I can still see the teen boys and old men selling fresh pretzels in their bushel baskets early mornings in that park. The pretzel factory, yes factory was nearby. Bless that nice talented man in that storefront. Next time I go to the old neighborhood I'll check his store out.
That's so cool, thanks for sharing your story .
@Vincent Goupil
I do not know what happened to the buildings. There are a few buildings missing on Jefferson Street as well. Soon, boxy new structures will emerge. I never knew exactly where the pretzel factory was. Only store still left is Circo's Bakery. I went to PS 123 for kindergarten and first grade. After that I went to St. Joseph Patron.
That was fun..hey Andre keep rockin it!
this has to be the coolest place ive seen in a city. one of your coolest videos too. good one!
Totally an interesting and new video for you. Nice Cash!
Interesting? Without a doubt. Sadly, I don’t think I am adventurous enough to stay there. But I do like the quirkiness factor.
This might actually be the 1st truly illegal apartment you have shown us. It all depends on the C of O. That being said, Andriy is really talented with his artwork. The sign above the door really says it all. What is this place.
LOL! Right? But... people may be surprised to learn how many people are really living in their offices due to these insane prices. Only the security guard would know. Just think of Manhattan proper and a regular office set-up. You have your kitchen area with a microwave, a bathroom in a hallway, and basically there is a gym on every corner so that one can shower. It can be (and is) done!
@sinash my friend knew a guy maybe 10 years ago who had a record shop in the village who would occasionally live in it. No full bathroom, just a sink & toilet so sponge baths it was since gyms were really expensive back then. He said the landlord had no clue he was doing it or he would have gotten in trouble. The landlord removed the stairs going down after Mike moved out. Don't know how it is now.

Man I love the way that guy is just doing his art trying to make it work and looks a cool place to live ✌
So cool, I think Andrey is a genius!
This video is so much fun!
This. This right here! This is why I love my city! Brooklyn, baby! Thank you for bringing this, and so much more, to people like me (old skool NYer working a dead-end job). Yet, when I get home, all I do is turn on the TV and watch some of your videos and I'm golden again. I'm at the age where not much brings excitement or joy, but watching Andrey give the tour of his domain really made my day. Andrey is a great addition to a now vibrant neighborhood that has had plenty of bad times but is now blooming once again. People like Andrey make this happen. We still have our great long-time residents of these 'hoods, and Andrey just fits right in. I definitely have to make it my business to go visit computer_craphics and Andrey. Thanks again. Keep up the great work!
Loved the light in this space. Being able to people-watch is a plus. Hopefully everything sells too!
I like this guy! He's very resourceful - high compliment!
This is an amazing way to reuse an abandoned store . This man found a way to start a business as well express his creative side. This was an really neat place to see.
That is so different! I don't think I would sleep with area noise. Thanks for sharing.
G'day from Telopea Sydney Australia
Remember we're down under here loving to watch your tours.
Cash, thanks, a person that gives humanity hope that all isn't all bad, artists are so cool.
This was very interesting! Love it! Also entertaining to watch.
The owner is so adorable and loves to play on words and art. Very creative.
Love it. I hope he gets a lot more business now.❤
My first address after I was born was in Bushwick, 1950s. It’s amazing to see how many changes the area has been through over the years. I wish this innovative guy lots of success.
Seems like a very interesting guy. If I were going to NYC I'd stay there, it seems like fun, and lots of fresh food nearby you could cook if you wanted too.
I saw the crate that had Turners Dairy Farm on it. I'm from Pittsburgh, and that Farm isn't that far away. I was wondering how he would even get one of those crates. Haha
Cool place and an interesting person! Nice, fun place to stay! Thanks 😊
Super talented dude love the art & printing in this one
4:23 😂Plus your dog 🐶🐕 can take you for a walk...lol.....IM SO ENJOYING THE CONTENT!! 😂😀
Awesome job cash see you tomorrow morning
This place is Fabulous as is Andrey. What an imaginative creative person....really awesome. He is so trusting...Please BE SAFE.!!!If I were 40 years younger I would stay at "what is this place?"
I was in Bushwick a couple times I drove up with my then girlfriend to visit her sister who lived there in the Metro Ministries area around their Headquarters and they had a bunch of what I consider brownstones but house with the steps but turned into apartments or they rented the whole house to multiple missionaries. The stories I have been told about Bushwick didn’t match to the energy I felt but that was the early 2000s. I’m sure it’s gentrified now.
Thanks for sharing such a fun place.
7:38 let’s all be honest , who isn’t loosing their mind 😅. As long as your still finding time for passion , love , and smiling it’ll be alright.
Inspiring! And love the mural and his designs!
Oh my cover the cracks in the window! Make a design with painters tape (less attention to) or cover with plastic; even saran wrap, and tape. Traps the cold air between window & plastic. Apartment stays warmer (cooler).
I love this. ❤❤❤I have ALWAYS wanted to stay in a store front.
I liked it but does Andre sleep there too. Wow very cozy. I think it's an interesting way to see New York. Probably the cheapest too. Good luck Andre I hope your place gets filled every weekend. See ya
I love his mural; it reminds me of those old Richard Scarry books that I loved as a kid.
I think this was my favorite video so far!!! Just super chill
I will be soon moving there, but it’s just crazy how their creativity comes alive and put in the work. People really hustle out there.
I always smile through your videos
This is Gonna b so Cool CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Tuesday😀….
One of my favs of all time
Great video. Thanks
That Flash throwie above at 2:28 oh man. so clean
Whoa! It's the male me! this dude is super cool! I really loved this vid.
Wow, what a neat little nook!!! Near a PARK? They have most things I want to live close to! I love it when people reuse structures! I love your sign, Air BnB (in a very cool area to visit) I like your work but there must be a way to expand a bit. I've worked at an air BNB before. That IS a lot of work. I come with my own goodies but I don't mind cooking if there are other people involved. I would certainly stay there. I'd have SO MANY plants in the front. I love your tool cart and sketches. I'd love to see what you could do to it to make it your own.
My favorite of your apartment tours. Love the artistic flare of this guy, to just create his own space from an old store space.
my dude cash is a class act! you could have easily shown the side of Bushwick which does not receive sunlight often, but you chose to focus on the lighter side, some of the good it offers. Much thanks from The Flatiron of Bushwick.
thanks for the reminder of the kind of beautiful people you meet in bushwick
This was one of my favorite places you've toured :)
Looking forward to you're video^^before going to sleep have a great day🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That was fab, what a great place.😊
This was FUN! What a odd and interesting place. He will be swamped with bookings for the summer. ;-D Sweet!
Inspirig dude! Dope AF
This was a fun one!
Just found you Jordan, I love ur chill style of representing urself.
this place was very cool. . .the owner definitely has alot of creativity. . .😀
If he has the money, he should totally replace the windows and put in a real heating/cooling system. Wouldn't want to stay there if it's not in. I appreciate the vibe he's going for, but that'd be a deal breaker for me. Def a unique one here, good video as always.
one thing about nyc......interesting people and interesting real-estate.......The Big Apple is one of a kind =)
Love his rental/businesses ❤ great episode ❤
At 6:42 there is an orange crate that says TURNER DAIRY FARMS. This is from the dairy farm in Penn Hills, a town right outside of the Pittsburgh city limits where I grew up! So crazy!
Cash, this is sooo New Orleans! I did the same with my double...Airbnb in my gated apartment in the back and lived and ran my business in the front apartment!
New York is calling me...
This place is fantastic.👍
Dude is creative👌. Place gives me anxiety though to have people in and out like how he has it...
wow, pretty cool. Gives me flashbacks. Had a live/workspace multimedia firm called Mind Over Media in the early 90's. Did computer graphics/animation and print work. Fun stuff.
Great guy, great place, great shop!!
Hi Cash! Love the apartment.
