I just received the Enjoywood router base. My main complaint thus far is that the acrylic base's holes for attachment to the aluminum base (5 screws) are not countersunk deeply enough and so the screw heads would scratch the surface. Luckily, I have a metric hand powered countersink and could drill them a bit deeper so that this is no longer a problem. One other note is that when installing the base, take care to align the center hole if you want to use bushings. I found installing a bushing as you line things up to tighten the screws helps.
Agree on the big base for the trim router, I got the free one that randomly comes with the milescraft circle cutter and a big base makes it easier to control
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. Two hands are always better for control of the router. Everyone stay safe, warm, happy and healthy. From Henrico County Virginia
Hi Dennis. I waited until today -11.11 - to make this post as it seems most appropriate :) Thank you so much for convincing Banggood to stock those forester bits as a seperate item. I have ordered 2 pcs just in case! The dowelling jig is fantastic and I have come to really like using cam fittings for construction but without that unique bit, it was a dead duck :) Really appreciate your help and best wishes from Poland ✌
Always man, this cat always costing me money. Luckily I don't really need or have a use for anything in this particular video, but I did order something from like the last 3 or 4.
Which one is the best doweling jig of all the ones you tested? I tried watching the older videos but it's hard to tell. I don't mind investing on the best one.
Thanks for the great video. Question: does the Enjoywood Router Base accept the standard Porter Cable type Template Guide Bushings? Is the hole in the aluminum plate about or slightly more than 1 3/16 inches (30.17mm) in diameter?
It seems that every product that you review goes up in price considerably, even now with the 11.11 sale the prices are all above what you say in the videos.
Just a suggestion: You reference past products you've compared to the currently tested one. It would be helpful to include a link to the referenced product.
Can the enjoywood router base work with their router table? As in can you use this router base and just unscrew the one on the router table and use this one instead?
Hi Dennis, can you may check, if the the Hongdui MiterGauge will fit inside the groove of your Felder slider? I also have a Felder Slider, and are looking vor a solution for small pieces. thanks in Advance
I think it is not necessary indeed. But All the High End brand do deliver it, so it become an issue if you don't. Besides that, the quality, fit and finish an accuracy is leading. I would focus on those points
I cannot believe it. Finally a video of yours that didn't cost me money. You're slipping Dennis...
Ok, I going to work on it😀
Is that a good thing or a bad thing? 😊

Another great video Denis. Thank you.

Excellent video!! Always love watching!! Much ❤ Denis!!
Good reviews. I like that miter gauge.
Behalve het feit dat ik altijd geniet van je video's, ik zou graag willen weten hoe die zwarte platen heten die je gebruikt. Alvast bedankt.
Great reviews as usual. Thanks. Even interesting to watch reviews of products I do not need.
Denis making sure we run out of money before Xmas again !!🤣

I liked the results that you got with the router sled..... What router bit did you use to get such good results?
@HookedonWood ....... Type of bit used ?

Question. Can the router sled be extended to cater for wider surfaces like table tops, or wider? Great demo once again.
No, it is a fixed size, however, I think the two bars are pretty standard, so you could enlarge them. But there is a max to avoid flex in the middle.
@@HookedonWood thank you.

No it will not fit. It is too small for that!
Denis what is the router bit you use with the sled? Thanks in advance.
BTW Can I buy the workbench and have it shipped to the UK? 🤓
Anyone know where he gets the colored MDF?
Need longer rails for the sled other than that it's a gimme I want
Hi, do you know why Banggood does not ship from CZ to Norway? I would imagine that it is cheaper than shipping from China?
I have no idea!
Nooice!
that router plainer had three levels... why did you not just raise it up to the third lever rather than using the slats
Micrometer accuracy for woodworkers? Or is it just about buying the gear....😉😂

@@HookedonWood Shiny toys. I thought you were a woodworker but I see this channel is just for selling. I'll give it a miss from now on.
If you do cabinets you need to be accurate. Half a mm out compounds . I can't cut that accurate by hand so these tools help me.
@@jablot5054 yeah, right.
These China tools are getting so expensive. If I’m going to have to pay high prices, I’ll just save the shipping tme.
