How does it compare to Izotope or the inbuilt eq in Reaper or Cubase?

Izotope has a nice Dynamic EQ, but just prefer the Sonnox. It is more flexible Imo, and I think it has less CPU usage than Izotope. I have no idea about Reaper or Cubase. I would not think they have dynamic eq's as stock.

if i use sonnox dynamic eq that means that i dont need to use the sonnox eq. ? So it means I dont need to buy them both ?

Not necessarily. A dynamic eq only "eq's" above a set threshold. So it does not function like a standard eq. Kind of a mix between and compressor and eq

If you don't use the dynamic features, you can still use it as a static EQ.
