Thank you, I’ve been trying to heal for many years and have received therapy in many different forms. I understood the connection between my emotions and feelings but never understood what I needed to with them in order to heal. Your knowledge, teaching and kindness of sharing has now shown me the dots I needed to join myself together, to hopefully reconnect with myself. I didn’t understand that these feelings were trying to direct me, I’ve been trying to push them away. for me this is a huge 💡 moment, thank you 🙏
