This past Christmas I donated a similar bike to the YMCA for the giving tree. A 1992 trek 9200, black with purple. I had modernized it with a judy gold rl and rock shox rear shock also, and hydraulic disk brakes, brand x wheels and single speed conversion. I hope the kid enjoyed it.
Do you have a Cannondale Headshok you can rebuild to show me how? There are vids out there but they're not you. Mine is collapsed and won't hold air and it looks like kits are available.
So i am hear watching this trying to figure out why this guy looks so familiar, then it hits me he sounds and looks like Issac from carsandcameras. You have to be related or this is a really good case of a doppelganger.
The Pro - Flex 853 had a similar rear suspension behaviour but not quite as bad . Some early Mongoose NX models did too .
Thanks Jason for taking out the time and making these videos.
No problem.👍
Nice vid 😁. You’re a world of knowledge.. Keep up the great work 💪💪💪👊
Thanks Jason!! appreciate the content!

@@robertmcfadyen9156 no I don't. The 9200 had higher groupset than 9000.

I saw my first 9000 in 1994. It was the first and last 😂
You didn't see them much back then and even less now.👍
