I sooo need to hear this today.
Lying in bed grieving my Long Covid anniversary today - and this just came as the perfect companion to go through this process. Yet again. Thank you!
More than welcome! Sending hugs 🤗
Whoa. So my mother not being able to form a strong attachment to me when I was an infant followed by a hugely traumatic event I experienced when I was 2 could mean that my nervous system was more susceptible to damage from covid. Am I interpreting that right? Because I did not see that coming.
💯!! Biologically are ANS gets wired different from these experiences.
Thank you for clarifying. It makes sense, but I'd never put the pieces together until now. This experience is teaching me a whole new way of seeing my body. It's made me re-reflect on just about everything. @@sallyriggs465
It is so dispilitating
Sending hugs 🤗
Thank you, Sally. I had a “heartshock” last week from a very loving cat who I used to cat sit for, and dearly loved, who passed suddenly at only 8. I will keep these tips in mind. ❤ I have definitely felt myself go into flight or flight over this.
So sorry to hear that. Sending hugs 🤗

Thank you so much!! 🙏🏻 He’s on my mind so heavily tonight. He had only 3 legs, and my best friend adopted him last year at 8 years old. I declared myself his godmother, because I was never ever going to let anything happen to him. He was like a real life angel on earth-so affectionate, joyful and just pure love. He would groom you and purr loudly until he fell asleep. He had the sweetest little face. He passed almost 8 months after being adopted. We were so shocked and crushed. 😭 He was a gift from heaven during that time, and we’re sad but thankful. ❤️❤️🙏🏻 But we know he’s in heaven!! ✨💛🐈
Thank you for taking care of the cats in your area! What a sweet soul you are!! ❤️❤️ And yes!! It’s sooo heartbreaking to see any of them in any kind of pain!! Thank you for doing what you can!

Thank you so very much and for what you do!! I said a few extra sentences but YT must have auto-deleted my post. It seems about 40% of my posts get deleted lately. :/
Sally, I’m sure you have heard about the relation of interferon with long Covid, but perhaps not, as med cram just did a 🎥 on it today, and it may be a new study on this, but if you are unfamiliar, I would definitely tune in, as it seems to be quite revealing and may be very helpful. ❤
Thanks I’ll take a look.
